I would like to begin by saying this has little to do with this location. The people are as helpful as they can be. My issue is with those we need to call for support. I was charged $49 when I paid for the stupid mobile protect plan because I was told it covered damages like a faulty battery. Apparently there's a hidden restocking fee that they don't tell you about. I was at no point in time told about this restocking fee. That makes the $19 device protection bullshit. Don't offer something if you're not going to apply it. Yes, i'm incredibly pissed off and dissatisfied. Customer service is an absolute joke. I called to get options to fix the battery on my phone. Was not told repair was an option. Just replacement. Got the replacement. At first they said the package with the old phone was lost. They found the old phone at their warehouse. Restocked the malfunctioning phone apparently and applied a $49 restocking fee to my account. I'm livid. I'm done. You've lost a customer today because one of my biggest things is if you do me wrong, I'm not trusting your service anymore. You can expect my current phone back after I get my new phone with another company. Disgusting behavior on your support teams part. You're not hurting for money, you're tricking people and it's just gross. 26 minutes on the phone for them to tell me I was lied to and lied to again but told they'd reassess my account and apply "loyalty discounts." read more

Not sure if they are just uneducated on the online deals or they are just trying to make a sale but do not listen to the employees when they tell you the deal will be the same in store that is is online, I went to the store based on this knowledge told to me by the employee, they tried to get me on the hook for double the monthly payment !!!! And said my deal online wasn't correct, I went home and saved myself 40 bucks a month doing it myself !! read more

Horrible customer service! I went in to Verizon to get some technical help with my iPhone and possibly upgrade it. When we walked into the store we were not greeted by any of the associates on the floor. There were 4 sales people on the floor and they all seemed "busy." So we decided to sit on the couch and wait for someone to at least acknowledge us. After around 10-15 minutes of waiting I finally got up and went to an employee named "Jason" and asked him if he could help us because no one in the store seemed to have noticed that we were waiting to be helped. He reluctantly said that he would try to help me. So I explained the problem with my phone and how it was stuck on the Apple logo. All he did was plug my phone into a charger and try to restart it (which I tried a number of times already). Then he recommended that I go to an Apple store to get it looked at by a technician or get an upgrade. I decided to leave the store because clearly he did not and could not help me. I went online and figured out how to fix the phone myself (and it was a pretty simple fix). I was surprised that Verizon employee(s) could not do something so simple as to restoring/updating an iPhone. Overall I would not recommend going to this Verizon store based on the poor customer service and negative experience that I had here. read more

Solid location with knowledgeable sales reps. They do seem pretty mellow and not too excited about anything, but they get the job done! I had one rep tell me about a discount that saved me $40 a month on our bill! I wish Verizon actually communicated this with me via email or other communication years before, but thankfully the rep told me and it worked out. Plus this is a review for this store location and not Verizon's lack of communication so I'm grateful for the tip from the sales guy. Have traded phones here, purchased new phones here, ordered phones from my app and picked them up here same day within minutes. This has, so far, been a solid location for us and hopefully it will remain that way. read more

I just bought a brand new phone, ordered online and scheduled an appointment to get help to set it up. First when I arrived i was told that I didn't have an appointment and that they didn't even take appointments for the time I signed up for. Then I was told that there was no way that they could help me set up my new phone and get my old phone to transfer anything over because "it was all done over the cloud." They then turned around and left me standing holding a bag with a very expensive coaster because after over 2 hours, I still can get this waste of money to work... although apparently it has gone far enough that my old phone is no longer working either, so no service here... literally. read more

Transferred 5 lines from Sprint. Two lines were promised a $250 VISA gift card because they brought over their phones. We were told this when I initially visited the store inquiring about promotions, and two more times when we came into the store to complete the transfer of lines with one, and then another rep. I filled out the online rebate and a couple of weeks later got an email there was a processing problem and to call Verizon. The first person on the phone said the lines qualified but there was a problem with the processing. She "fixed" that and transferred me to the Rebate Center to confirm. I was disconnected in the transfer. I didn't get an email or text saying the problem had been fixed so I called Verizon again a couple of days later. This new person also said both lines qualified for the rebate and transferred me to the Rebate Center, again. Once transferred, I was told our lines did not qualify and I should talk to someone in Customer Service. My call was disconnected in the transfer to Customer Service so I started an online chat. The Chat rep said he couldn't help me. My impression is that I was promised a rebate on two phones to get me to transfer my account of five lines. Then, they pulled the plug on a technicality. Ryan Elder, the Manager mind you, was completely rude. I was sent the wrong phone by Verizon.com and they said for an immediate exchange I needed to take it to a Verizon corporate store and make the exchange. I get there and they want to charge me fees and a restocking fee. I explained how Customer care stated he should waive it because the error was Verizon's and there were notes backing me up on my account. They never looked and told me that was customer cares fault and to take it up with them. He did not care I drove an hour to do this and told me if I did not like it I can take my phone and leave. I cannot believe that man is a manager. read more

My husband and I have been customers for over 25 years (before Verizon was Verizon). We usually upgrade our phones every couple of years. We went in to this store a couple of months ago to upgrade our phones. The person who helped us was difficult to understand and didn't seem to know much. We spend 3 hours in the store and were sold a device that was supposed to come with our upgrade. We didn't understand what it was. A few days later we received devices called HUM of which we didn't want nor need. I went back to the store to take them back but was told there would be a restocking fee of $35.00. She told me that we were not going to be charged for the service but this month the charges for this device has shown up on our bill. It's like impossible to get to talk to anyone in the store unless we go in. So frustrating. For the 1st time we are thinking about switching service providers. read more

Great experience. Switched from Sprint (normally you wait 35 min to see someone at Sprint) we walked right in and were helped immediately. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need and the process was very streamline and relaxed. Very nice store also. read more
