For two years, I had no voice mail to my cell phone, so I paid for a voicemail I didn't have. After 2 hrs and 4 separate times and going INTO 4 different Verizon stores for help, no one could figure it out. And I'm still paying for a voicemail I didn't have. And 2 separate trips to the same store, the store manger waited on me this time, she DID fix it and I NOW have voicemail. I wanted to be compensated for 2 yrs of paying for a voicemail I did not have. I asked for a liquid screen saver for the phone and she charged us for it anyway. And RUDELY told me " I'm running a business here, I don't give away free stuff." WTF???? After NO VOICEMAIL FOR 2 YEARS, SHE COULDN'T EVEN GIVE A SCREEN SAVER? And to speak to me that way???? Shame on you!!! She is very full of herself. Don't waste your time at this store, what ever happened to customer service. I'm leaving Verizon, very unacceptable. read more

I had lost my phone the prior day. Came into this verizon location and the Longview location. Neither location could transfer my cellular plan to my spare phone which is a IPhone Se 2nd gen that was previously used on the same cellular plan. The next day with enough research I was able to transfer the plan remotely through the Verizon website without even having a SIM card in the phone. Which both stores said was not possible. Very incompetent employees just looking to make commission off of phone sales. read more

My mother was in the store on Wednesday, ordered a phone. Went to store to pick up the phone, that employee said would be able to be picked up Saturday. Saturday enter the store Employees didn't engage in a professional manner at all! Employee questioned integrity of loyal customer. All employees on cellular devises, didn't stand or come from behind the desk. The LACK of interpersonal communication skills led to dissatisfied customers. If I could give negative stars I would. It doesn't matter which Verizon store you go to, the wait is horrendous for no apparent reason. After paying over $350 month for 7 years, I moved to another company. But, beware: if you move to a different company any time during the billing cycle, Verizon charges you the entire amount for that month. And of course, since you are no longer a customer, you find out after they have sent you a letter right before they send you to collections. They could have said something when I was there paying the bill when I terminated service. Buyer beware! read more

I bought a new Samsung 8 plus on the net and went to this store to transfer data to from my old phone to the new one and was charged for it. OK however most of my data didn't transfer and lost my apps. I'm unable to access my voice mail. All of the settings changed resulting in significant data charges. They have a bunch of juveniles in there that don't know what they are doing and really don't give a damn. Now I'm going to have to go to Vancouver to a corporate store to straighten out my phone. I've been with Verizon since the 80's this is the worst outlet I've ever seen. Don't use them please. read more

I have been with Verizon for awhile and always receive top notch service. The staff is always friendly, professional, patient, and willing to spend as much time needed with any customer no matter how busy, while reassuring others they will be as quick as possible. My last encounter I went in to upgrade and Pam there at the Kelso store was fantastic, but unfortunately they didn't have the phone I wanted. She hunted one down, Cody the wonderful region manager picked it up at another location and I got it the next day. Pam on the next day spent an hour trying to get all my stuff transferred as I was switching from apple to android, and it was giving her problems. Talk about going above and beyond. I had the worst customer service experience of my entire life here. We were on vacation when we decided to order new two new iPhones. The manager told us the phones would ship to our home address. Low and behold one phone shipped to the store 4 hours away from our house, and the other order magically got deleted or canceled. After around 10 calls with the store and Verizon customer service, some of which were over an hour long, we were unable to get our phones reordered and shipped for over a month. Robbie and his trainee whom I cant remember (had weird name) lowered my monthly bill and fixed the problem I was having with my Iphone! They made the time fly by and made a normally stressful trip to verizon, quite enjoyable. I started switching from a different carrier back in December 2019. The manager at the Kelso store was misleading, said I would get rebate cards for each line I carried over. He did not reveal I would need to purchase new phones costing more than $550 for each of those lines in order to qualify for the rebates. It took a week to get all parties on my plan switch over, that was not a Verizon issue. I had good phones but for some reason they were not compatible with Verizon. I was told my iPhone 7 plus and 6 plus wouldn't work because they were to old and purchased through AT&T but the iPhone 8 plus that was purchased through AT&T did switch over. My husband had a fairly new Samsung that wouldn't switch over. I ended up purchasing an iPhone 11 pro, I was not offered options on phone GB capacity. Just given the most expensive one (256 GB) and nor was I told there was an iPhone 11 which I like the size better, (they had none on display). The very next day my sister in law switched her phone over and was offered and iPhone 11 as well as phones with different Capacities. I admit I could have avoided some of this by asking more questions and paying closer attention when I was checking out. But I didn't. That's on me. However, I didn't appreciate the poor and lazy service I was provided. Two of my plan members worked with other representatives in the store and had slightly better experiences. read more

This is not a corporate store and the service you get is very disappointing. They refused to return a phone during the 14 days twice and when I called corporate they lied. The phone was a terrible phone and they wouldn't let us pay it off so they could keep us on a 2 year plan. DO NOT SHOP THERE, go to a corporate store or shop the verizon site. Thank God when I called corporate they were amazing like always and were able to help me as we had everything needed to return the device and neither anyone from the store or there district manager called me back as I call and talked with them asking them why the device could not be returned. Very disappointing as I would love to be able to shop local, but will contiune to shop in a corporate store out of town. read more

I stopped at this store to purchase an iPhone 6 case while traveling north to Seattle. After about 40 minutes driving north, I noticed the case was missing the screen protector. I called and talked to two different employees to have them ship me a screen protector or issue me a refund via mail. The salesperson claimed they can not ship or receive anything at this store. The only way they could help me was to drive all the way back to Kelso. This is not good customer service! Also be warned that even though the store has a big Verizon sign on it, they are not afillated with any Verizon stores north of Kelso. read more

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I didn't want to pay to have the screen fixed since I was just 2 weeks from being able to renew my contract. So I called the store and asked if I could renew a little early they said sure come over they could help me. After getting there and waiting for a half hour I am then told they couldn't do anything for me. So I asked why the hell I was told to come over and she just sat there with a deer in the headlights look. Also I had to serve out every single day of the contract if I wanted to take my phone number without paying an early termination fee. Verizon as a company are greedy thieves and I will never do business with again. read more
