Fortunately, I checked uBreakiFix locations along the route home and it turned out that there was one on the way. Sadly, it wasn't just gunk in the USB port, but it was corroded enough that it needed replacing, and the parts and labor came to about a hundred and sixty dollars. I was very satisfied with the time it took. From dropping the phone off to completely replacing the USB charger took a little under an hour and a half and then I was on my way. Furthermore the unequal treatment of customers at this location is ridiculous. One representative tells me that they won't talk with customer service, then the same representative turns around and calls customer service for another person and talks with customer service. Lying to customers and picking and choosing who you want to help? You shouldn't work in customer service. Literally the bad apple that makes a bunch of other customer service workers look bad. Will be avoiding this store like the plague

I never see a credit to my account AT&T currently owes me roughly $850 for a phone that I traded to them. So I went to the store. I sat there for an hour waited for a manager to come out. They said that the manager was not there, a co-manager that apparently had been working there for four days, spoke with me. They said they would get the note to the manager. A week goes by still no response. I show up a second time sitting there for another hour and a half talking to a sales rep and the manager still does not come speak to me. They said that they would get the message to them. Never called me, I went in a third time. Luckily the manager was there at 1 PM. Spoke with him. He said that he would get everything straightened out. It is now been two months and I have not seen a credit on my account and no sort of update on the credit. I don't know what is going on over there, but these people are crooks they took my phone, never gave me my trade-in value for it and will not speak to me. If they did this to me, I wonder how many other people they have done this to and nobody realizes. I do not recommend going to this branch.

The associate looks on their computer and says "someone" reported my phone lost or stolen. I say well it's not, it's right here in my hands and I didn't report anything. They reactivate my phone. Since then it has been rinse repeat. Yesterday it's happen for the 7th time. We have spent hours on the phone every time, even last night we spent 4 hours on the phone talking and getting transferred to 4 departments. Still even after starting a fraud claim and speaking to probably 6,7,8 "supervisors" we are still with a phone that is blacklisted and doesn't work. What more do we have to do to get AT&T to fix this issue. Oh and did I mention that it was a employee at the AT&T store on Pinhook that knew our PIN number that reported MY phone lost and created a warranty claim to get a new phone for themself. Isn't that great. And after AT&T knowing this they still have not corrected or done anything for me to use my phone. We are now on the 7th time my phone has stopped working.

I reviewed some previous statements for what they charged last time and it was $79.99. I asked what had changed and they said it was probably just a one time deal but that is definitely not the price now. With all the being said the first time they did fix my phone screen they left the home button ejected and not flushed entirely with the phone but I figured for the price point that it was OK. I mentioned if this would trigger the warranty and he said that, "it's not a common problem that is brought to us when we fix it so you will need to bring it in," As far as the $120, I just thought applying it towards a new phone was a better option for me.
