Needed to get my phone upgraded and Michael was very patient and helpful in explaining the plans and finding me the best solution for my budget. Visited the store while in town for vacation. My phones battery was acting up and it was time for an upgrade. Riley and staff took care of me and it was a smooth and quick process. I did have quite a few thousand pictures on my phone, so the update took a while, and they Called me when it was ready to pick up. He went through my bill for me and we got rid of unnecessary costs, and he even put my screen protector on for me. Very impressed and would definitely give them my business again. read more

I dropped my phone into the lake and needed a new one. Went to this store and Lynk assisted me. He was incredibly fun and personable even though I was really bummed out about dropping my phone in water. He told me all the different prices and differences in payment per month for the different iPhone 11 models. I settled on this beautiful gold IPhone 11 Pro Max. This place is absolute horrific and the worst service I ever seen in my life. They are a bunch of drop outs working at a phone store. One guy told me he had over 15 emails wink wink. Omg if you don't care about your privacy then I would recommend this place. They will flip the script and say you are committing fraud took me 3 months to fix. Just because your wearing a mask doesn't mean you should rob your customers... This is not even a real Verizon store. They cannot do anything at all for you. I went in one day to pick a phone up I reserved and the MANAGER said they didn't have it. Paid more for the 256 gB and the next day another worker told me they did have it and the manager lied to me. Went in a couple weeks later and the lady was AWFUL!! Every question I had she said to call Verizon or handle it online. Idk what this store is here for!! read more

So this store sells the pure gear steel 360 tempered glass To you for 80$ ,Claiming it comes with a lifetime warranty! Well this is far from true! Then they tell you, it's not store policy to inform the customer that if you come back for an in store replacement they'll charge you 16$, they also fail to inform you that if you go on the website pure-gear.com to get it replaced, they'll charge you 12$ for your replacement screen protector, they'll tell you they can't control what some employees tell the customers about the products, compared to telling people all the information, it should be store policy to inform people about all the other fees when you buy something with a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! They're conning people into buying this lifetime warranty screen protector when what they're selling isn't at all true ! The lifetime warranty is a scam and I just want all the customers that go their to know the actual truth!! read more
