Terrible service! We waited over a half an hour while the two people who were supposed to be working chatted casually and did no work. They then let two people in in front of us, and were very rude when we stood at the counter waiting so that they wouldn't forget about us again. We ended up walking out of the store. I don't have Verizon service. My husband does, and if Laurel service is any sign of how Verizon would be, I'm never considering signing up! read more
