For about 3 years the system worked fine then the audio in random zones would cut out when a zone was turned on. So it the kitchen was playjng and I turned on the living room zone, the sound in all zones would cut out. Russound replaced the unit 2 times and the problem would repeat itself after a few months. I communicated multiple times with their tech dept and they dont know what the problem is. I performed their diagnostics including removing all keypads to individually test them on the unit. Tried the phone ap, rtc. It works for a day them goes silent. Ive seen that others have the same issue with this unit. I will never buy Russound again . Beware when buying this company's products. They have bad issued and nobody seems to know what the problem is.
