Purchased my new phone on a Friday evening after 7pm and an exhausting day! Carla Tuccillo was absolutely amazing! She quickly and methodically wrote out my options, explained everything, set me up, didn't push up-sales (which I liked very much)! Spending over $700 on a new I Phone is expensive, but having a sales rep recommend what "she would do" is extremely helpful in making so many decisions. She even synced my phone to my new car! I will highly recommend this location and Verizon to my colleagues and friends! Please commend Carla on her professionalism, patience and quality of work. She is heads above the competition! On the following day I had to return for some contact transfer help first thing in the morning and I must say the reps that day were quite impressive too! Keep up the great work! read more

I recently helped an elderly widow fix her internet on her home computer. When I arrived I found that her issue was her Verizon wifi hotspot needed to be tethered. When I asked her why she had a wifi hotspot for home use, she told me that it was recommended by the sales associate, along with a home phone system that uses cellular, a new cell phone and insurance on everything. This location and their sales associate crammed this senior citizen with services she didn't need. I switched her back over to TWC and we removed all but the cell phone, which is going to be switched to T-Mobile. Switching back her home internet, home phone service and removing insurance has saved her $90 a month. Shame on you for this. All for a commission check. read more
