I recently had a phone and internet modem mailed from Rapid City, SD to this store in Longview, Washington. The experience was HORRENDOUS. I spent hours on the phone and am unable to reach the store directly..Left numerous messages for them to call me. On my brothers first attempt to pick up the phone - ABBY told him to leave the store - which he did without the phone. After having my store contact the Longview store - she asked if my brother would come and pick up the phone. He was hesitant after being told to leave the store previously but he went again (2 weeks after phone was delivered)and was once again told to leave the store -which he did. Abby ran after him and gave him the package and told him to never come to her store again. Based on this experience, I would never recommend that anyone use this store. I would drive any distance to another store to avoid using this one! read more

Employees care more about policy than customer satisfaction. It took a phone call to Verizon to solve the issue.

In my 20 years across the country with Verizon, worst store. Angel puts men who come in any time over women he is helping and in line. This store has directly showed they don't care about first responders or those who support the community. Angel also contradicts Verizon Corporate in front of a multitude customers. I had already been into the store previously this week, I had spent hours there the first time and left with no solution and very little information that was accurate. I came back later in the week and was helped by ABBY. She is amazing, not only did she take the time to let me vent about my previous experience at the store she also fixed all the problems we were having and gave me all the correct accurate information so I knew how I wanted to proceed. I'm leaving this review because the experience I had with her truly made up for how frustrating my first time had been in that store. read more

Totally BAD experience!! Staff didn't greet us at all. We were asking about the promotion of a free iPhone trade in. They acted like we were stupid for even considering an iPhone! I had lost my phone the prior day. Came into this verizon location and the Kelso location. Neither location could transfer my cellular plan to my spare phone which is a IPhone Se 2nd gen that was previously used on the same cellular plan. The next day with enough research I was able to transfer the plan remotely through the Verizon website without even having a SIM card in the phone. Which both stores said was not possible. Very incompetent employees just looking to make commission off of phone sales. read more

Will not go back to this store. Tried talking to them about being billed for a free phone. I was trying to be polite and respectful, keeping my voice low, but the salesperson was so defensive, she wouldn't listen. Then she accused me of accusing her of being a shady salesperson which was not what I was trying to do. Instead of listening to me and quietly discussing she kept interrupting me. Since she wasn't going to listen I left and said I won't be back. Not a good experience, terrible service, go elsewhere. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If I could give ZERO stars I would !! Don't give these people your money. John the worst ever so called "manager" is rude and can't train his people for crap. I went in for a iPad- I got the iPad and was NEVER told if I didn't want it there would be a $70 "restocking" fee!! I was told that if I didn't like it I could return it within 14 days. Thank god they took it back even tho I was right in the time to return- they gave me crap about it and acted like they weren't going to let me return an iPad that wouldn't pick up WiFi. This place is the worst. I wish I remembered the guys name that I spoke to. As I tried to talk to him about an issue, he acted like I wasn't there. Not pleased with this store. My wife went into get a new phone. She told him that the most important thing was having a waterproof phone. Darin told her that the Motorola Moto Z was. It wasn't. Yes, I know we should have done some research on our own. They didn't have the case or screen protector in stock. It took about two weeks for them to get them. Then the Chehalis store had to drive ro Longview to get them because they wouldn't send them to Chehalis. If you want to do business with Verizon in Longview, find another store! read more

I went into this store for a simple billing inquiry. I was told that promotion prices were available inly on certain plans... ok no big deal, I'll just switch to that plan. Easy, right? No, I was told that I had to call customer service for that, annoying, but ok. Then when I stated that I didn't realize that the promotion was attached to a plan, the woman working called me a liar and told me that I should have known... I asked how is that if I was never told? She told me with 100% certainty that she KNOWS I had been told. At this point I have no idea why she snapped to begin with,but now I ask some pointed questions.. do you have a recording of this? She says no, but says she knows everyone there and knows that nobody would have forgotten to mention it. When I told her that I know for certain that they didn't, she called me a liar AGAIN. This store is poorly managed and needs changed...like the day before yesterday. Awful experience, will never go back. Most likely going to switch carriers because of it. read more

Very horrible service. I have four lines and i have been with Verizon for years. This location is by far the worst store in the area.

Came in to see if I could upgrade. Amy was great. She answered all my questions and helped me upgrade. She showed me around my phone and gave me some pointers. I definitely go back. She was super friendly, and knowledgeable. read more

Absolutely amazing people in here! Amy is incredible. She helps me every time I come in and surprises me each time. She's helped me get new phones and close other accounts with different companies. I went here after having problems getting a new phone. My problem wasn't something they could actually help fix come to find out later but still appalled by the customer service I received. the assistant manager I was helped by did not strive to be helpful in the first place. I sat there for over an hour and a half and all of the present staff was on their own phones or socializing with each other. When I expressed my frustration about not getting help the assistant manager was very defensive instead of trying to help find a solution. When I had my family member whose plan I'm on called, he was received with the same treatment. The assistant manager kept reassuring us that she had worked there for four years and knew what she was talking about. Regardless of her knowing what she was talking about, she was rude and definitely needs more training on how to approach customers. I would recommend going to Verizon cellular plus over here. read more

I visited this store in late June. First off, This store smells horrid. Shannon tried to help me but it was obvious that she didn't know anything about the phones. I heard Daren(?) talking to an elderly woman, and he was VERY rude and condescending to her. It makes me mad when you go in these places and the staff doesn't know how to conduct themselves. I had Verizon a couple years ago and the only reason I switched was because of pricing. Well I decided to give them a chance again and I'm already regretting it. I switched back in February and Tim at this store said that I could trade in my iPhone 6s and get an iPhone 7 plus and not have to pay a dime for it. He even verified with a manager. So I did it because he said I wouldn't be paying any extra for it. He also said to trade in my boyfriends phone and they would send me a visa gift card that I could use to pay the etf's at us cellular with. He ALSO said I could have the unlimited plan that they're offering and have my work discount of 19% a month. Well here we are 2 months later and they won't allow me to have the unlimited plan with my work discount, they won't give me any credit for my boyfriends galaxy s7 (they won't send it back to me either) and they're only giving me half credit for the iPhone 7 plus that they told me would be free. It may not seem like much but all in all it's costing me an additional $50 a month along with now having to pay my etf's at us cellular that are $500 that again, THEY SAID THEY WOULD PAY. So now I'm screwed and there's not much I can do now. read more
