Now they say they will arrive tomorrow which will be our 3rd attempt. This equates to more than just loss of internet but 3 missed 10 hour shifts of work for me. Trying to actually talk to a person requires an act of God as the only option for communication is to do a "chat ". My problem is my internet so I CAN'T CHAT! When I finally got ahold of a human -after a 25 minute hold and a drive into town for a connection,he was very kind and made a next day appointment but that didn't happen as they had no linesman available. If we had another option where we live, we would have changed services long ago. It has to be the worst customer service I have had from a business in years

The second thing is that they charge the same as their competition (3.2 megabytes per second vs 100+ megabytes per second). The competition also has a tier system for how much you pay. CenturyLink charges you the same as folks getting 40 Mbps. The third thing is they charge $200 to cancel unless you suffer their service for two years. I got stuck with them by ordering DirecTV while living out of state and this was the bundle they offered. I just spent most of my tax return to sever ties with them. I just HATE to pay for garbage or pay $200 and getting nothing for it.

Why do I keep finding myself at the library, using their internet connection, when I am paying a premium for high speed internet in my home? I would not recommend Comcast, or Xfinity to anyone, ever.

Signed up yesterday with Cascade Networks because of the slow internet here on Puget Island. They…read morecame out and installed a line-of-site mini-dish and told us we might not get the promised 20Mbps, but only 13Mbps. We were replacing slow century link internet which was 10Mbps. So we spent over $300 buying a really good router and today we have internet that is far slower than what we had previously. The speed test shows our download speed is 3.24 Mbps and our upload speed is 11.23Mbps. The stability is -112%, which I assume is awful. Yes, we plan to ask for a refund. We know what they are going to say; we didn't actually promise you 20Mbps, we promised "up to" 20Mbps. We are paying $55 per month for the worst available internet service. Tomorrow, I'm calling Skomakawa Internet Service and signing up with them to get 20Mbps for $50, or 40Mbps for $75.

Satellite has proven woefully inadequate and extremely expensive. Wireless is my only solution. Cascade Networks is the only wireless provider in the area. Test have shown I can receive an excellent signal at my location from their sites only a few miles away. When I contacted them to arrange service, they told me they will not service the road I live on. I asked for a survey and to present my proposal for connection. They said no and hung up. It seems they are not interested in new customers unless you fit a very narrow profile. Other parts of the state served by other providers use my proposed configuration all the time with excellent results. Apparently, Cascade Networks is not interested in providing actual service, but simply doing the minimum they can to stay in business. The only reason they have any customers is because they are the only game in town. If you have anything even slightly out of the ordinary, don't waste your time with Cascade Networks.

The first time I worked with them was a year ago. i had an appointment with another cleaners, right before company was set to arrive for the holidays. The other company flaked out at the last minute and I was in need of someone new - quick!!! In hindsight, I will forever be grateful for the flakey company, because if not for them, I would not have found Nooks and Crannies. Griselda was able to squeeze me in at short notice and I think I said at least 5 times during that first appointment, "my other cleaners have never cleaned that..." The attention to detail from the team is amazing!!! They also work quickly and efficiently. With other cleaners, I always found myself doing a final clean up after the left - either because they missed small areas or they ran out of time - but with Nooks and Crannies I'm always left amazed at how much they get done in a short amount of time. For the price conscious consumer, I will say, their hourly rate is slightly (like barely) higher than other cleaners I've found in the area, and to be honest, had I not been In a bind that first appointment, I may have given pause or thought about considering someone else. I left with a sativa dominant hybrid. I called like an hour later when I was about to open it and relax. I simply wanted to exchange a fully unopened completely sealed in a foil bag thing mfused disposable. They said they will only fix it if the cartilage/disposable is not functional. It really was the hardest draw I've ever had and probably would have qualified for an exchange but I'm never going back. Mfused redid their whole line so the store would probably just argue that its supposed to be like that. This is not how you stay in business. You dont screw off the customers dropping a couple hundred/couple thousand a month at your business.
