    They are scammers. Went to buy a new iPhone and traded my old one. They told me because you have…read morebought a new phone with us today, we have a special offer of three free SyncUp Trackers, and you don't have to pay anything for them, and I trusted them. I bought the phone they gave me the trackers and helped me set up one of the trackers through the app. Then the next month I saw an overcharge on my account, and when I called the T mobile service they told me the charge was because I had bought three trackers and I had used them I said I got them for free, that's what I was told in the store and then they explained no they charged you and when I found the receipt I saw that they did really charge me plus they did not tell me that using it you have to pay for the service. I did not look at the receipt when I bought the phone because they explained to me how much it cost and how much discount I would get for the new phone because I traded the old one, and with taxes and their service for helping me set up the new phone, I thought it was all right. I found out they scammed me a month after buying the new phone when I saw the overcharge in my account. Liars and unprofessional. I will never buy from this store again T-Mobile Authorized Retailer at 6344 E Riverside Blvd, Loves Park, IL 61111.

The salesman re-routed him to a different T-Mobile location (Machesney Park) who didn't have a clue. Called back to Loves Park and the same salesman immediately contacted another branch (Perryville), made sure they were up to speed with the free screen protector program, and that they had stock. 15 minutes later all was settled. Nice job!

    Generally, I'm impressed by US Cellular's customer service. So, I was surprised when I left this…read morelocation frustrated after trying to buy a phone and service, and being denied. My license had recently expired, and I was not of the lucky Illinois residents that got to renew online, so I was out of luck until I could get time off work and an appointment scheduled to renew. The state of Illinois understood this and had issued an extension until July 31st. I brought up and explained the ID situation immediately, and asked if I could still set up service with my ID in its extended validity status. I was initially told yes, and started speaking with an associate about plans/options. Another employee that was listening to our conversation actually interrupted us, and told me they couldn't start service for me. I asked why, "policy" was the reply of course. I pointed out the extension, and it's not really against policy, because it's not really expired. Even so, it's a state issued drivers license, it's obviously me, it's just a couple months expired. "Do you not have the ability to help me, or are you just no GOING to help me?", was my last question before leaving. "I'm just not going to help you", was her final answer before this store lost my business forever. I left, and a little while later was walking out out anther US Cellar location with the new IPhone and service this store had just turned away. In a world where most everything is done online, not face-to-face, not in a store, it's kinda important that consumers actually do get help when they go into a brick and mortar establishment. Otherwise, there is no actual use for said establishment. That starts with the employees actually wanting to help the customer, and make money (that second part is pretty crucial). I would say that I would like to see a change in management in this store, but truth is, (like most people in this situation) I'll probably never go in this location again over this

    Today January 2nd and my first time here the person that greeted me name , Samuel…read more was so professional and helpful with my teenagers phone ‍ He talk to us about what was going on with the phones as well as what happened to the phones explained why and how they could fix them, all in a professional an honest manner I'm leaving the phones for a couple of hours so they can correct the problem ! I highly recommend that you call or stop by this place, it will definitely save you Money & Time.

    I brought in my pc for a diagnostics check and was told I would get it back within 3-5 days. After…read more5 days there was no call so I gave them a call asking for progress. They let me know there would be a delay in its completion with NO update on its current state. They assured me I would get an update soon and informed me of they didnt call me because my number was in wrong. This back and forth proceeded for WEEKS where I had to call and they let me know my pc was being worked on but my number was in wrong and that's why they didnt contact me. They would let me know that they would call in the next two days and I would never receive a call. I would call them multiple times within those days and would get sent to voicemail. When i finally called asking where it was again after nearly three weeks, they let me know that it was done and they would have called me but my number was printed wrong even though i called the day before to confirm my number was down. The workers responses were lax, specifcally Ryan who was not helpful and continued to give me promises that were not completed. Overall I had a horrible experience and feel as though my time was entirely disrespected.​
