I was reluctant to try this internet service as I was afraid it would turn out to be like all the other services I had in the past which is a lot and the totally unreliable services I got from the ones in the past but I gave them a shot and chose the cheapest package they had and to my surprise they wound up being the best of all. Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. All in all, they exceeded my expectations completely. Well done guys keep up the awesome work you do.

Launch BB lies to you to keep you occupied as long as they can. I have had 7 tickets trying to resolve issues with them over the past year that mysteriously disappear after I hang up the phone. I call back and they have no record of my ticket even with a provided ticket number. I pay for 250down and 250up and get an average of 20. I am paying extra for the upgraded speed and have not gotten my speed for the past month+. They use a hub and put us behind a NAT that does not allow us to do our own routing for connecting with friends on video games. I was told that they do offer a static IP for me to go around this issue and submitted a request ticket for one. When I called back several days later after not hearing from them, they told me they do not offer static IPs. This company needs to get their ducks in a row if they ever expect to be anything successful instead of conmen that scam apartment complexes with big talk of fiber. As a person that uses the internet daily in my free time, this company is going to make me move so I am not forced into using them.

The only glitch was the installation was initially scheduled for Sunday; however, Dish rescheduled it for Wednesday via an email that my husband overlooked. WE have an aggressive dog, and we have to medicate him when strangers are in our house, so the installation appointment change messed up our day due to medicating our dog unnecessarily. on Wednesday, the technician showed up, was extremely polite and spent about 2 hours on the installation. He updated hubs' phone with the app and walked him through using the app. Unfortunately, the second Google thermostat we bought doesn't work on split system HVACs which means we will need an additional installation for that thermostat. I thought the Dish technician did a great job and I would recommend them and Google thermostats!

A lot of time my phone says no connection at my house. I will not say that the service isn't good because I know some people have no problems but where I live in this house it does not pick up. The service you receive from any company as far as quality goes is going to be based on the EXACT location you are getting that service. Their account executive/sales rep was also very friendly and thorough and pleasant. We have had no issues with their service and zero disruptions. As an aside, my stepson worked for AT&T for several years and I noticed they do offer their employees a nice benefits package which is really rare these days. Although I was not displeased with our previous internet provider (spectrum) my husband was interested in the deals and faster internet speeds offered by AT&T. Their team showed up on time, got the job done and did a great job! Thanks AT&T fiber!
