I also purchased the Ultimate Watch Protection warranty that I was told would cover scratches or wear and tear. I tried to return the watch yesterday and was told I could not because I had warn it and there was a scratch. I said to send it in and use the warranty I had purchased to fix the scratch then return it. I was told no. The manager Marquita was extremely rude to me. Even tried to make a bet of $100 with me that she would get promoted if I complained to her supervisors about my treatment. She actually extended her hand out and said I will be you $100 I will get promoted, in the store, in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. I have tried to be pleasant and resolve the issue, even offered to pay to replace the link in the watch that has a scratch, they still said no. The point it i was physically told by not one, but two employees that I could return the watch for any reason and am not stuck with a $2000 watch that I do not wish to have and they are willing to do nothing to resolve the issue, literally nothing. They offer no resolution, just say that I can not return it. Both employees have even admitted that they told me I could return it for any reason within 30 days. I have spent over $10,000 with Kay Jewelers and it is safe to say I will never spend a penny in that store again, unless this issue is resolved. I was lied to and led to believe that I could return this watch when in reality they will not let me. Then on top of that I am being treated very poorly by customer service and management, the two people that should step in and do the right thing. I just want to return the watch and try to salvage the relationship between myself and Kay Jewelers.

This has been since June what we have been trying to get this project started with Summit Landscape.
