After they "fixed" it my texting keyboard was effectively dysfunctional and so frustrating that I wanted to throw it out the window every time I tried to text someone. And everything around the edges of the glass was useless to the touch. And don't let them sell you on some 90 day fix it for free scam. I brought my phone back to them twice to respectfully and politely asked for it to be fixed properly. The first time they suggested the problem was that I hadn't updated to the latest iOS (what a load of crap but I tried it). The second time, the guy just shrugged and said, "well you know, sometimes when you break the glass it just screws up the phone for good". These guys provide extremely poor service, bordering on fraudulent repair work
