The technician could not program them because his equipment need a programming update. I rescheduled the appointment to the following Friday. Then, that Friday, I got a phone call that the technician had to go to a meeting and no one else was available until the following week. I rescheduled the appointment to Thursday in the following week. However, I went in Saturday after that Friday and asked why they couldn't have scheduled sooner. The staff had no idea. I just got my money back. I'll still buy batteries there, but wouldn't recommend them for reprogramming key fobs.

The store never posts their different level of consumer options for phone service. *** In addition, the lowest priced plan is never mentioned in a casual conversation with any agent.*** The plans are neatly tucked away on the internet; where a person must know beforehand what is and what isn't, or they are at the mercy of the store clown. ... Sound familiar? Buyer Beware; you're getting what is known as the 'all in one source' or the 'one stop shopping' experience. Went to the store and they advised me that my account cycles on the 16th and I would be prorated before the next cycle. I was never made aware of the cycle time and I have been a customer of Spectrum/Charter for over 30 years and have watched the cost rise and rise. I cancelled because another provided faster/better service. I am glad that there is another provider in this area because for years they were the only one available and so now I can see why they are losing customers.

The "clerk" took our phones, put the protector on, and charged us. we got a receipt but he said NOTHING about having the "call to establish the warrant - or "register" etx." One year is not up; so I returned today to get a new screen protector and it should have been covered. the manager asked if we "registered" it - well A. MY RECEIPT says nothing about that; the clerk said nothing about that - apparently a receipt is not enough. It is a "gottcha" - they wanted another $60 bucks. I just went to the best kept store in town - The Battery Store and they did a fantastic job for $15.00. Verizon store is always "No Can Do" - very consistent poor service.
