However this last time I did have an issue…read more I had a screen replaced on my iPhone 6, before leaving the store I put my case back on the phone. A couple weeks later I took my case off while at my desk at work. I realized that the screen was loose (not screwed down) and there was a tiny tiny small hole in the screen. I was unable to see it before as there was a case on it. I tried to push the loose screen back into place, only to realize that there was something preventing it... I shook the phone and two screws fell out. I was dumbfounded that they forgot to correctly assembly the phone and that it ended up causing it to break my screen from inside (again a weird small hole the size of a tiny screw that assemblies the phone). I brought it back to the store because they say "we warranty the screen for so many days" .. JOKE!!! The guy at the store, when I returned to show him the issues, told me it doesn't matter when it happened because they don't know if the fault was theres or mine. I assured them that if they look at my phone they can see 1. there are no scratches where I dropped it and 2. what else would make a tiny hole in the screen the size of the screw 3. the screws inside are missing. Why would I take apart my newly replaced screen to do this? The guy looked at the phone and agreed it was assembled correctly but said I should not have pushed on the screen. I stated I did not know that there were screws that were unassembled in my phone because of their neglect . He said he was sorry but his manager wouldn't replace it. I decided to not hassle them over this but would Share the knowledge that this store is not competent 100% of time and that they will not honor their said screen replacement deal!!! I stated I was a customer for couple years and used there service several times and wish they would show customer service this time as it was something that was NOT my FAULT.... but they did not care. Again, I've used this store before for convenience, but will NOT use them AGAIN. I'm not sure if they've changed ownership.... I just do know they have POOR, POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There was a sign on the doors that said "we open at 12" so we did some thing else and came back at 12 and waited until past 12:17 for someone to show up. we even tried calling. No one showed up and no one answered the phone. Maybe they have a great business -maybe not - we don't know. They need to keep current with their information for their public a bit more. A little sign on the door does not really help. We're frustrated so pretty probably will not go back. Sorry. We hope everyone's OK.

got my screen replaced and within 3 weeks i have all kinds up dust and dirt under my screen (i can…read morephysically see the dirt in my camera and when i facetime someone or take a selfie you can see the spots of dirt. my screen has almost like a blur tint to it from time to time and on some phone calls my screen is blacked out and can't do anything. and as of today 10/26/2025 i have now have lines on my screen so i try to go to UBreakifix in arden and there hours for sunday is 12-5 and i showed up at 12:53 doors are locked, lights are off and no response to me knocking. and in my personal opinion my new screen was put on poorly. if it were put on correctly and sealed correctly i should be getting dirt in my phone. because when something is sealed its sealed.

I…read moresmashed my iPhone 6 screen so was Googling "cell phone repair" while cursing myself for a $100+ accident that would require changing my Sunday afternoon pj's to go out into the cold in the off chance I could find a place that was even open!! Then I came across the PULS website and was shocked to see that 1)They repaired phones on Sunday 2)They actually come to my home 3)They claimed that a tech could arrive in an hour AND 4)The cost was only $79!!!! I was skeptical, but went ahead and scheduled a tech, where I PROMISE the following was the actual timeline 12:18pm - Submitted the form 12:22pm - Received a confirmation that a tech had been notified 12:26pm - Received a text from the tech, Tommy, that he was on his way 12:40pm - Tommy arrived at the house 1:00pm - He handed my iPhone with a brand new screen!!! UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE RIGHT?? And remember this was a SUNDAY!! The entire experience from the ease of scheduling on the website to the super nice and professional tech, was AMAZING and cannot recommend them enough.
