And Am back! Went here on Saturday September 20th 2025 with my parents to look at office chairs for their home office in our home. We also just came from Office Max, which essentially also carries the same thing. We parked in the parking lot, entered the store, and immediately went to the back where the office furniture was. Also found a sign in the back that said restrooms- which were clean, but the stall i went in didn't have any toilet paper! I managed anyway though. Anyways, we then looked at the office chairs, along with the furniture. As said in my review for Office Max, I was at this location in March, and was looking for a desk in which I couldn't find. Well, this time there was lots of desks with storage options, and plenty of color options! Anyways, there was also a good selection of Office chairs here. What is good is that they have chairs out of their boxes in which you can sit on the chair for yourself and decide if it is comfortable for you. We did pick out a chair that we liked, but prices were still a bit high for us. So we left without buying anything. But, will keep this store if we need any office needs! read more

We went to look for some children's disposable masks and found some for an affordable price. The lady at the register was super sweet and helpful. She talked to my infant. We saw a bag of chocolates and they price matched it which was amazing and unexpected. All in all a good experience, I will definitely return read more

I just want to say what a great experience I had at Office Depot. I had papers from my Moms life insurance that had to be faxed to the insurance company. Not knowing how to do it the young man named Tyler helped me fax it. I am so grateful to him. I had just lost my mother days earlier and was stressed. He did everything for me. He was so kind and I was so grateful. I also want to shout out the kind woman on the phone with NY accent. I do not know her name but she was so nice. As a regular business customer I frequent this location. Generally speaking, the store is in good condition and has sufficient inventory on most products. The issue lies with the staff and/or staffing assignments. I've never been in this store to find it understaffed, but there is only ever one check stand open. As I wait in line with others, I see 2-4 employees walking by talking into their headsets. There is no prioritization placed on customer service and no additional check out lanes are opened. I believe with better management and staff assignments (especially when lines are forming during peak times) this store could greatly improve. Office Depot - Office Equipment Near Me - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Staff was friendly, but a little slow in getting to us. The furniture section in every Office Depot seems to be a forgotten section as it always seems to be under stocked, contain beat up display models, and be the last place any employee wants to venture into. The lady who helped us was great and came to help us when she finished with the customer she was working with. The rest of the staff some of whom were closer and saw us were having nothing to do with customers shopping in that section. read more

Great customer service! Been here yesterday,after a terrible experience at Office Max location(read my review for details). I needed to print 20 copies of a color booklet. Whitney, the lady that helped me out, tried to print all the 20 copies right away, even if it was 4:45pm and they were closing at 7:00pm. Unfortunately the printer had technical problems but she offered to continue to try. We set a pick up for this morning and she just called me to inform me that the booklets are ready. Even the quote, before starting the printing process, was very clear and Whitney worked with me to find the best match between my budget and paper quality. Awesome! read more

Try to avoid this store! The copy print center is so slow, if I send something to be printed on Monday, it still isn't ready by Thursday. They're annoyingly slow, nothing is ever ready on time and you have to wait behind 6-8 people usually just to GET to the counter!! Worst Office Depot ever. read more

Copy and Fed X service at this location is slow and service clerk goes out of her way to be rude! Bless her heart.
