Today I went to the Norwalk store because I had a virus on my phone, that was wreaking havoc, and I have no idea how to clean it up. A nice young man named Jordan Shepherd waited on me. He was friendly and he was attentive to what I needed. He knew what to do to help me...and he fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes! I was amazed and so very grateful to him. "Nick" was very kind and not only explained the purpose of the repairs they perform, he was kind enough to take the time to help me secure the lid back on the canister.
