I would appreciate it if you guys updated y'all's hours for the holidays, like the day before thanksgiving. I left work at 4:55, checked y'all's businesses hours which said nothing about closing at 5PM, it had y'all's regular hours 8:30am-7pm. Got there at 5:05pm & the doors were locked, mind y'all, it was 3 other customers & myself that were trying to get in, a lady came outside & said they closed at 5pm due to thanksgiving which makes no sense... So because of y'all not updating your hour i had to drive all the way down there for nothing, i was livid & still am as i'm typing this. Let me also mention that 2 weeks ago when i tried upgrading all 4 lines y'all were charging me $4000 when 3 phones had 1 payment left & my phone has $500 left to payoff which i was willing to pay off. BUT i was able to upgrade 2 phones for less than $350 but separate transactions... ridiculous. Oh & let me also mention how you guys sign us up for things we were never made aware of or even asked for. You guys signed me up for Verizon home device protection without asking & if it wasn't for me checking my bill a few days later after upgrading i would of never knew, i called to cancel & checked a day later & they never cancelled. It's actually still active as of right now, been calling & no one answers!!! read more

Augusto Herrera was a wonderful salesman! He was patient, not pushy or aggressive with upgrading our phones and/or selling us new products. He explained in detail what our new plan and bill was going to be monthly and answered all of our questions. He was thorough with transferring our data and setting up our new phones and even asked us several times if we were ok or had any questions! He by far exceeded our expectations when it comes to inquiring about technology options especially after our poor experience at another Verizon store. This is the only store I will be coming to in the future for any needs after meeting and dealing with Augusto! It was a 5 star experience!! read more

I had a great experience at this location the other day when I came in with my boyfriend. We came in to get a new plan with new phones and our sales rep had an amazing personality, and he provided great service. He gave us all the information we needed when it came to picking our phones which were suited perfectly for our budget. Did not have a great experience. Staff was helpful enough, but they pushed product I didn't want or need, and at the end they wanted part of the transaction in cash. When asked why, their explanation was vague. Had a much better experience dealing with Verizon directly and having the phone shipped direct. read more
