I found a T-Mobile nearby using Siri voice command and as soon as I walked in he was cheerful and confident that he understood my issue and could resolve it. His chill vibe calmed me and his assuredness and understanding as well. Within a minute he had taught me how to restart my phone without touch screen and I was back in operation. It is has been rare occasions these days that I encounter genuine courtesy and competent customer service so I had to leave a review! Excellent and fast customer support!

I purchased a new phone close to a year ago and was under the impression that this phone would receive the same discounted service. I called to bring phone in for repair and was informed that i have been paying for a service for one year for a phone that i no longer use. I feel like they should honor the discounted repair for the phone i purchased a yeAr ago since all it involves to have the new phone insured under the same plan is to let them know i have a new phone. I can proof that i purchased this phone and have used this phone since May of last year. It isn't like i am asking for something that i haven't paid for. I have paid their annual 70 fee or whatever the fee is. Bottom line is they should honor repairing my current phone or refund the discount plan fee since it is useless for me. Hard to believe they are making a big deal and losing a customer over a repair that could be as simple as cleaning out the charge port I am waiting to hear from the owner. I popped in on a Tuesday afternoon with low expectations and semi-high hopes of a quick and painless process to upgrade my Apple Watch 7 to the Ultra 2. Upon walking in, we waited for a couple of minutes then were approached by Mel. I shared my goal and she got things moving. She went to the back and grabbed the watches they had available, let me choose, added the line, processed my trade in and got me all set, all within about 15 minutes.
