Close the entire store. Watched them attempt to take 18 year old girl's money and not give her phone she paid for. When her mom arrived, they lied and said girl walked away before they could give it. When I called them out about the lie, they threatened to call the cops on me for recording the manager's nasty attitude. I would give a -10 if I could. The Verizon employee I spoke to about my issue was so incredibly lazy & from the beginning said there was nothing he could do to help me. I was in & out of the store in about 3 minutes. He was too busy talking with his fellow employee to perform any customer service requests. Then I called Verizon & it took 4 hours to resolve my issue with a customer service person in India. Verizon has horrible customer service, as does AT&T & most other companies these days. read more

The manager at this store was the most unprofessional and rude person I have come in contact with in years. I would drive an hour to any other Verizon store to avoid the horrible service I received at this location. Don't waste your time going into this store. read more

I attempted to open a Business account here 1 week and a half ago. I wanted to set up a Business Account but was set up with a Customer Account. I was offered a Buy One Get One Free or BOGO for the Samsung Note 9 and got signed up with notes from the Solutions Specialist. 1 week later I found out that he sold me on a promotion that Expired the week before I opened my account. I then spoke with the General Manager and 2 other managers. Everyone has apologized but I am stuck with another $1,100 bill that I am waiting to resolve. To be clear, I was offered and signed up for a BOGO but then subsequently charged another $1,100. Not the way that I do Business. Still waiting for a resolution. read more

My Dad, who does not have a computer, tried to speak with someone twice at this store about getting a new phone because his stopped working. Both times, all he was told was to get online and find the information. Very disappointed in the customer service! My Dad is older and simply needed some one on one customer service. read more

Went to this location on Saturday, November 28 in an attempt to swap 2 sprint phone lines to Verizon. Was helped by a young man by the name of Keish who was very helpful. We ran into a couple of uncontrollable issues and was told we would have to complete our transaction on Sunday the 29th. Rep Keish sent us a text message letting us know that our two new phones would be in the backroom and to come back on Sunday to complete this transaction. The text read that the Manager was aware of this transaction. We went back to the store Sunday morning the 29th at 11:45 AM and a customer service atmosphere completely changed. We were greeted by a very unprofessional young lady who told us we needed an appointment. We explained what took place the day prior and showed her the text message from her coworker. Long story short, we were told to leave or she would call the police. She also told us to take our business to another location. We have decided to stick with Sprint if this is how a potential new customer gets treated. Beware of this location. read more

I needed to expand my data plan and the assistance that I received was unprecedented as Mr. Badia was extremely helpful, resourceful, and very considerate of my data needs. One of the most through and kindest salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Would highly recommend his expertise if your in need of any Verizon assistance!!! I have had some bad experiences at this store. I've got suckered into buying unnecessary items and got all my info on my phone erased. This time, i had major issues with my phone overheating and not holding charge. I talked to apple and they wanted me to pay $260 for a new 5s....no. Went to verizon and talked to Carter and he helped me get an insurance plan for only $3 a month and helped me get a new iphone 5s FREE. I only trust Carter and will only go to him with any questions or problems I may have. read more

What a terrible experience. Waited an hour, while the manager and two employees walked around telling everyone "thank you for your patience", and "it shouldn't be long now". Six customers all waiting for one sales person, who must have all the knowledge for the store. Complete waist of time, except it did help me decide to change to a new cell phone provider!
