Got a iPhone from this place and after the roof idiot waiting on me said something and I Cust about my phone not working after one month and told me he is calling the police and I said bring It on and then I got pissed and said I suppose I should have my attorney take care of this and the p$$$$ told me I had to leave that's how this Verizon store helps the people that make money for them !!! I spoke with Nelson on the phone regarding switching over an account, he was dismissive, rude and ended the call without even saying goodbye. I went into the physical store at this location about fifteen minutes after he hung up on me to find that I was not received well by the other two gentleman at the front desk. One refused to speak with me and the other kept interrupting me and did not want to help in changing over the account. He gave me a phone number and said there's nothing he could do. He basically said the same thing as Nelson and dismissed me. I had to call the corporate number for assistance. This store was very unprofessional and desperately lacked in customer service skills. I will not be coming back to this store. Very, very unprofessional. read more
