Asked to look at an AR pistol and didn't like it, then I asked to look at a 308 rifle that I was interested in buying and the musky employee with a neck beard said, they don't pull stuff off the shelf to show. Pawned a 300$ comuter monitor for 35$. I got it back TOTALLY broken and screen broke and would not start up at all. They basically told me to F off and gave me a tiny one worth 20$. I'm going crazy on these people non-stop until i get my 300$ monitor back. i worked VERY hard for that.. Capital pawn you will see and hear from me and my lawyer every day. You don't get to just screw me over hard and get away with it. You will be hearing from multiple lawyers and news stations. ( I work for the news stations). I play pro gaming on the side - i NEED that monitor back it's extremely specialized and important to me. I have always been impressed with the employees in the management of this location and establishment I have several items that I've had to borrow money on and never once have they let me lose my valuables not only that but on several occasions they have extended my interest due date without even me asking because they know me so well and they do appreciate their clientele and their customers. read more

This is the worst pawn shop ever!!!! They have the worst employees I have seen. When you go there is atleast one of them outside of the store in front either on their cell phone or smoking. On this particular day I came trying to pawn my stand mixer which I had previously done there before. When I arrived as usual there was one lady standing outside the store and as I was entering she stated that they do not accept my mixer. I asked her since when because I had just picked it up about 2 weeks prior. As I continued to go inside to speak to the lady that was at the counter she came inside and was talking to the lady telling her what she told me. When I stated to the lady at the counter that I had just pawned it there about 2 weeks prior and as a matter of fact it was with her that I pawned it, she stated "oh well I don't feel like taking it now" and stated that I was the one that came in there needing money not her. She is very nasty and disrespectful. I will never be doing business there again and will recommend that no one waste their time with those rude people. read more
