And everything was at reasonable prices. Some game shops will focus on the collectability of games and gouge their prices accordingly, but here they had several larger titles for prices that didn't break the bank. Not to mention that their inventory of games is about as impressive as their stock and variety of Funko Pops! Any shelf that wasn't covered in games was filled to the brim with different styles and varieties of Funkos. Now unfortunately I see why I stick to online purchases when it comes down to Pokemon Cards. I personally think this shop does no justice to Pokemon Card collectors. I purchase mostly all the cards they have online for WAY cheaper than what they are offering in their store. It pained me to see a woman prior in front of me purchase a box that could have been purchased at least 40$ cheaper online. Long story short.. I can not speak on Funko's and their selection there much more stuff in there.. but for a Pokémon Fan and card collector definitely not the place. Prime example with my experience of finally checking them out, different online shops offer "Mystery Slabs" these slabs online have a price range of what can be contained in the package. -Get a package for like 50$ the pack price range of card inside can range from 30$-100 etc.. Keeping it in mind you can possibly lose some money but they keep it fair. I purchased one of these from flash thinking that it would be fair from the 40$ draw in I pulled a card worth 80cents... Yes exactly what I said 80cents..raw with no "cleaning/grading" 7$ tops with professional grade/cleaning... I even messaged the owner of the establishment to ask general questions. Like "The date on the card is from May of this year prices at $49 card, how often to u filter your cards in there" Basically he stated "They occasionally throw in a 100$ in there to make it worth it" Apologized for me not being happy with my slab..... but can you actually blame me though??? How is that a fair chance? or even something that is remotely close to being even playing field. Just a fair warning to those interested in checking them out for cards...please don't do it. Because the solution was too "inform staff to explain better packs" not to make it remotely fair... Attached-Are photos of how much the card sells for/the card itself...& even feedback from sellers/traders/buyers just because I wanted to know if I was being "overdramatic".

When I arrived at the shop, Jack Bowles greeted me..and we talked about where I was with the hobby, he showed me some of the DCC trains I was interested in and answered many questions that someone new to the hobby would have.. I really enjoyed going to this shop, and was glad to find a place where I could see the real products and someone to demo the HO DCC trains and hear the sounds in person etc..and ask questions in real time..you sure cant do that buying things online Definitely recommend this place!!..if you are interested in HO trains or other scales..they also carry a wide selection of scenery supplies and scale models...but the HO trains were my reason to be there.. This red beauty is a beginner's RC helicopter. I call her Red Fandango :) You walk in and you can't get your eyes off the remote control model planes that are hanging from the ceiling. I was really taken back by the amount of model aircrafts Bob carries. From state of the art jets to war plane replicas, they have hobbies to meet every budget. My heli was about $49 and my boyfriend purchased a higher-end for about $129. A week later, we're still flying our toys just about every day for kicks. The best experience was their customer service. David and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell this is their hobby as well since they take time to answer every question and provide a wealth of information. I had zero knowledge and didn't want to spend too much and David pointed out the perfect beginner's heli. When it's time to upgrade, I will definitely give them my business again.

Nice small shop, not a lot of inventory but I managed to find a piece of rolling stock. Has a shelf layout on one of the walls. It was not operating but owner said I could run trains if I wanted to. My wife was waiting in the car so I kindly responded I better not start. The owner was very friendly and said they really catered to the kids. That's very comforting because I fear the hobby is dying with us old guys. I always enjoy looking at other layouts as you can get great ideas. Like I have a 9ft area the I need to look like a retaining wall, guess what, the had one, not 9ft but a long one. Best part they sold material I can use to build it. Plenty of parking and always worth a stop.
