It's got the main things you need, as well as the little electronics parts that you might need a few of if you're building something on your own. The problem is that with the size of the store, you're not going to be able to find some slightly more complex items. For example, I stopped in the other day to see if they had a power supply. The one on my wife's computer went out, and I needed a new one. Unfortunately, they didn't have it. A few days ago, I went in looking for a battery backup for a different computer. They had one in the store, but only one model, and not the one I was looking for. I mean, if you need an ethernet cable or something common like that, you're good to go here. Otherwise, you're better off shopping at Newegg.

They had several memory card readers for sale, and they had the features I needed. The one I picked was $18, which I thought was pricey since you can buy these things in China for less than a dollar. Still, I saved money from competing stores. My dad purchased the reader for me. Unfortunately, the salesperson tried to cross-sell him batteries, a warranty, and a new cell phone. It felt excessive for a simple purchase. Beware commissions.

    We went in store to cancel phone account charges with account holder. We entered store where 2…read moreyoung ladies were working. One was grumpy and one came from back to help. We requested account cancellation with her and she assured it was being cancelled. Few days later we received a friggin auto request bill again from the company. Cell phone companies are a scam. I called T-Mobile service and was connected to a foriegn country, typical sweat shop type organizion. They said they can't cancel account because not allowed to. Really? BS. I called the store back located on 105E Mision Ave. SPokane WA Suite B and spoke to a unexperienced employee who passed the phone to the manager. This manager says they can't cancel the account because they are not allowed to cancel them now, Really? BS again. They make accounts, so they can cancel them. He said to call the main offices and ask for the, get this..."Team of Experts". This is just a crock of more BS. This company is just as scammy as Xfinity, Verizon, and the other cell service companies. I don't recommend this cell company at all because of lack of employee experience and simple access to account discontinuing. We will go to bank and shut this down since that will keep their thieving hands off charging account illegaly. If they charged with knowledge, it becomes fraud. Cell service should not be this difficult to cancel , even after going there and being told it was cancelled. Employee training must be a 30 second video in a foriegn language I guess. They are charging $70 a month for a no longer, non-existant cell phone. Ya, straight up crooks. If I could give less stars I would, I say, "beware people". They are not in service to service you. They are application creators that take personal information and money, but don't have authority to cancel an account. Liars.

My boyfriend had called earlier this week to add myself and my daughter to his plan, she didn't even ask why were there or what we needed. When we started to tell her what we were trying to do we were interrupted and asked for a SIM card number? She offered absolutely no help and when we suggested ways she could help us she made excuses of why that won't work. We tried explaining to her that the last name was under my boyfriends middle name by mistake when she was struggling to pull up our account but she cut him off and kept talking about How she couldn't find our account and still never asked why we were there in the first place. I finally got irritated and we left.

Less than a month ago, my phone was toast, so I went into the store due to them being the only ones that had a iphone13 max. Cody stated that if I were to add a line & get the 13max I would save $700 on the phone along with saving $40 a month due to adding the new line. A week ago on Wednesday I got the bill and it went from $250 to $397. Obviously that was not what Cody stated y bill would look like or that I signed up for. Come to find out after a call to corporate t-mobile, Cody put me on a whole different plan, did not meet the promo requirements that were required, and didn't even bother to call and let me know and he reaped the benefits from my sale and "plan promotion." So, I called the store and spoke to Cody. Cody refused to talk to me over the phone and stated he would only discuss things with me instore. So I ask for the District managers information (which t-mobile customer service told me to get, and it is something they can absolutely give out.) Cody stated he would NOT give out that information to me. Then I asked for Cody to have the district Manager give me a call. Which Cody did not even ask for my information and stated "yeah I have caller ID I can see who calls." Come to find out, Cody did not give his boss my information or notify the boss of my situation per his coworker (assuming that was because Cody didn't want to have to own up to his mistake.) His coworker contacted the district manager instead. I had waited over a week with no communication or response from any manager or employee. I called today and spoke to Cody who said the district manager will call me by 10am. Again, I received nothing. I ended up messaging the coworker who stated that the District Manager is refusing to talk to me and how sorry they were for my situation. I called corporate T-Mobile who were finally able to fix the mess up that was caused by Cody. This place is horrible! Keep in mind they are not part of corporate so if you have any issues, you have to go to the store to get it resolved & good Luck with getting that done! I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this store due to their lack of professionalism and willingness to help people out when they themselves make the mistake. P.S. to the "store owner" who will comment on this post. Don't waist your breath or finger mussels typing a apology comment that you don't mean. I have seen what you have said to others and it's obviously not sincere or there would be changes with the management and the store.
