I dont see how they have received these other two negative reviews. This place went above and beyond for us . We had a 65 inch mitsubishi DLP television that we have made payments on for years at Aarons. Wel lwe finally get it paid off then the tv started to get a bunch of little white specks in the screen. Well we continued to watch the tv until we heard a loud bang then bam! no picture at all. I call all around and tried to ask questions and everywhere else but here was so rude saying " its going to be between 1400 and 1900 to fix". I called this shop and asked the same questions and then set up a home visit for them to look at our tv. So Jay the technician arrived with another guy i cant remember his name and they spent a good hour and a half to two hours behind the tv checking it out. He then told me what the problem was but he didnt have the parts on his service truck to do the repair but he gave us an estimate and we said " yes fix it". So he left and went back to the shop which is about 25 minutes away just to get my parts. He came right back to our house and He then spent another 2.5 hours on the tv and put it back together . We proceeded to turn it on them Bam! the picture was back!! with no more white specks either !. All of this including the parts,labor and the two visits only costed us 395$ take that you other repair shops !! I will ONLY recommend this place and no where else. MY TV WAS FIXED THE SAME DAY IN MY HOUSE!!! i didnt think people were still able to do that anymore but these guys proved me wrong . thanks again Jay and whoever the other guy was. We were hit by a major electrical storm and had 4 tvs suddenly go out at the same time and a computer tower, our insurance company recommended them so we contacted them and they came out said they had a truck in the area. They were at our home within 2 hours. They had parts on the truck and fixed two of the tvs while they were here. They took the other two tvs into their shop and the pc tower. About a week or week and a half they had our claim taken care of and delivered back our other two TVs and our pc was repaired as well. Amazing service and super friendly, smart staff. Jay was great and very accommodating to help us out. We were going insane when our 75 inch TV quit working to say the least especially right now during football!! Jay came out on a Saturday and had our TV working and cleaned it very well the same day probably within 3-4 hours of calling him. I'm very glad I found this place I took my Tv a repair shop in Charlotte and they said it couldn't be fixed and they charged me 75$ just to look at my tv this place came to my home and fixed my tv inside my home with 30 minutes and it only took the 20 minutes and it only cost me 125$ I am beyond satisfied well worth the 125 that place in Charlotte was wrong this place was right read more

Can't THANK Jay enough for helping me find a home for a TV I could no longer use but in excellent condition. One of those big heavy TV's that most people don't want but there really better than these flat screens. I called Advanced TV on labor day & was surpried they were open. I took my 52" Sony TV to them & they fixed it the same day. Now I do not have to go buy a new one. Great service & price. They were friendly & professional. I recommend them to anyone with a broke tv!! read more
