I been with sprint and now T-Mobile now 24 years my old phone an 11 was missed up the screen only could see half I bought a 16 plus straight up $800 and throw on a case charger and screen protector for a grand total of $1,046 everything was on my new phone all my apps everything just needed my phone to number to drop in they sent a PIN number didn't drop until 20 minutes later that pin no good so they sent another one and it never dropped I was told need a license to scan 24 years they see the old pin I have no license on me but I can give them other information. I think it's I called my friend at another store he did it no problem took under 3 minutes I been a manager for Sam's Club and Walmart last 25 years since July 23rd 2000. I would recommend any store but this one in fact when it's time for a new phone I'll probably be done with them customer service is a big thing it can make your business or kill it every unhappy customer tells 10 people guess what those 10 other people do word of mouth does spread fast I had my phone number my email my PIN number my password and I could give them any other information both phones I open in front of them. Excellent service from these guys. I went to another store in order to swap phones under a specific T-Mobile program. They argued with me about the taxes and fees which T-Mobile in their email clearly stated I did not need to pay. The guys at the Tarpon Springs location fulfilled my phone swap quickly and with a friendly demeanor. They did not try to charge me extra fees the way the other T-Mobile store did. read more

Andre from T Mobile stepped up to help me out of a disastrous situation with Spectrum Mobile today. I migrated from AT&T to Spectrum due to cheap rate plan. I had one bar, could not send or receive calls in Eastlake area of Tarpon Springs. Andre is very professional and helped me move from Spectrum who resisted giving me my account number after I provided proper ID so I could cancel and move to TMobile. I bought a new Red, iPhone SE which had just arrived. Great phone. T-Mobile's signal strength is awesome. Now I have 4 bars of signal at home and everyone I talk to says it sounds crisp, clear like I'm in the same room with them. Kudos to Andre who is a real pro for listening and helping me resolve a sticky problem. Lessons learned. Plus I have a great new T-Mobile plan where talk, text and data are unlimited and reasonably priced. Continued success! read more

Two staff were present on a busy Saturday so we had to wait quite a long time but the staff was friendly and made sure each customer was fully complete with their transaction before assisting the next person. Mistake After Mistake! I just moved to TS a few months ago and decided it was time to change to a better service than AT&T. I went into this store after researching TMobile and seeing a BOGO on the LG G7 phone I was looking to switch to. I won't go into all the gory details but here's the worst of it. Although I asked for the BOGO LG phone deal, they didn't key it in correctly but keep telling me it would take 1-2 billing cycles before it takes. WRONG! I missed the BOGO deal because of their ineptness! Then I got the Samsung Tablet deal and gave it to my husband to travel with after they set it up. 1.5 months later I learn that they never activated the new phone number for the tablet so he had no WIFI on the road. Lastly, I went into the store again after learning there was a Senior plan from my Brother. I ran into this very "I don't give a rip" girl who needs to find a new profession that doesn't deal with people. After insisting on the plan against their will, I just received my bill and it's twice the amount I was told it would be. I will be calling TMobile in the morning AGAIN. This store needs some serious revamping. I will drive to another town for service. TMobile Customer Service by phone is great and the service works well for me in Tarpon Springs... but this store is a discredit to their company. It really saddens me to write an update like this. I went in this evening because I've been having trouble with my phone ever since there was an Android update 2 days ago. Since it went into effect, my phone fights powering on. If it DOES power on, it doesn't stay on for long. Essentially it's become absolutely useless. I looked up on line how to do a hard re-boot, but the phone wouldn't get to the code screen. It was being obstinate and simply refused. It would come up to the actual usage screen, but then in a short matter of time.. go away once more. It was frustrating to say the least. In the past, I've been able to go to the stores and one of the people working there either knew of a fix or knew someone who could help me. NOT TONIGHT. I walked in at 8pm, an hour before closing, and got Shae, a bespectacled, pinup banged young lady with a very blasè attitude. "How may I help you" she asked as we looked around. So I came over to where she was. As I settled into what was wrong, I explained the situation, that I -COULD NOT- get to the hard re-boot screen, and I needed help because of the issue with the recent update. She was NOT actively listening. She took the phone, turned it over in her hand, looked at it as if it were a piece of offal and then set it on the counter, she asked my name, asked for my phone number and ID to make sure that it cleared and then she scanned my account. "Well You don't have insurance on the phone." Ok.. what? I've had insurance on the phones - all of them since I've been with T-mobile. I also had just been here recently to check on something and KNEW that I had insurance, so when I was told this, I took exception. "I pay for it." So she looked deeper. "You have it on XXXX, But not this number." Uh huh.. My husband came over to find out what she was saying. He got a touch heated, "So what your saying is that We don't have insurance on the phone, even though I know we pay for it?" She looked at him and said, "That's not what I said." (Actually it is just what you said.) And so she looked a little deeper and Guess what? We have insurance on ALL THREE LINES! "Well, your choice is you can Pay off the phone or you can invoke the insurance but your deductible is $175." Wait, wait wait.. You're expecting me to pay off a phone that's busted due to NO FAULT Of my own, due to a softwear push? "Well, there's nothing that I can do, I'm not allowed to take back phones that aren't in working order." I didn't ask once to have the phone taken back. I had asked for HELP. To see if they could get the phone back to the hard reset screen. This is when she told me what she "thought" she heard. Clearly the girl didn't care, didn't want to know how she could truly help. She simply wanted us out of there. She had the flat, monotone tone of boredom. We weren't buying anything and all we were doing was taking up her time now, and clearly, she'd screwed up, and she wasn't going to take any responsibility for it. There was no apology for the misinformation. No, "I'm sorry, I read that wrong." Only an "I'm just reading what I see on your profile." Really? I suggest a remedial reading course. So now, I have a conundrum: I have a phone, with a $400.00 balance. I can pay it off. I can invoke my insurance (Though I'm not sure why, since NOTHING I DID effected the phone) and get a new one. OR I can call the customer service in the morning and talk with them to see what will happen. Since frankly, I'm a little underwhelmed by the level of non "Customer service" I've received. Do I want to continue this 10 year+ relationship? In the past they've done right, but this one employee has put a dark coloration over my eyes. Bad signal & customer service! I've been with AT&T for over ten years and thought it could be the time to try another carrier. My sister & I decided to join with our other family members into their family plan. At my office building usually I received 4 to 5 signal bars with AT&T, now I constantly received 1-2 bars or No Service. I was helping my sister to switch her old number into T-Mobile by phone, the store rep was giving us a hard time! While arguing with the rep, the phone calls kept dropping 8 times total. At the near end, I just told my sister to give him the $10 he demanded, not worth the time but ethical issue. Finally he gave her a new SIMM card for free of charge since our relative had already paid $15 per line just to switch us into their plan from CA. We both have unlocked iPhone 6 plus without a contract from AT&T, so they don't have to pay for our early termination fee (up to $350 per line) and yet they argued over $10 SIMM card, unbelievable!! Anyway, I added one star because at the end he didn't charge her. This is not a good sign to begin with..., I was asking myself why did we switch our carrier? I guess it's what you paid for... Went to many different locations and none we even remotely helpful at all Andre at this location is an absolutely incredible an helpful with getting problems addressed and fixed. Horrible experience. Went into the store looking to transfer my number over and switch phones. I clearly stated what I was looking to do and I was told to "go home and sit on the phone for 2 hours trying to transfer a number and come back when it was all done." So I do just that and transfer my number. Upon returning to the store, the employee begins to process the trade in transaction only to tell me that because I just transferred my number, it can't be done due to the IMEI not showing up right away. Why wasn't this stated to me before we started the transaction? I was told they didn't know how long it would take for the IMEI to show up so I should just sell my phone on Craigslist and come back to buy the phone I wanted. I left the store pretty upset. Then I go to another store to see if the IMEI was set, I'm told it's all set up and I can do the trade in. When the new store tries to process it says that the TARPON STORE IS PROCESSING MY TRADE IN and they can't do anything because the phone is claimed as a trade in. Now I'm furious and call T-Mobile to figure it all out. The lady on the phone tells me to return to the store again and tell them to cancel the order. I call the Tarpon location to let them know what's going on and they hang up on me. When I called back and asked if the line disconnected, I'm told that the employee is dealing with the same issue personally so there's nothing he can do for me and I'll just have to wait a week and see if the order is canceled. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! MY FAMILY AND I WILL NOT BE TAKING OUR BUSINESS TO THIS STORE. read more

I have also had the same response from customer service here. My LG phone was not holding a charge at all. I went in this store and was told to pay off my phone or pay my $250. deductible. Again this was no fault of my own. Fortunately, I called customer service and received a wonderful person. She sent me a phone over night at no cost. Thank you this this CS person!!!!!!! read more
