If I would add 0 stars I would. My extreme dissatisfaction with Verizon started 3 years ago when I first signed a contract with them. The prices are too high, the contracts are too long, and Verizon often advertises misleading offers and doesn't give their employees enough information about said offers so incorrect information is stated to the customer when purchasing the product(s). It took me 11 months to receive part of my promotion, not to mention employees misquoted how much I would be paying for the rest of the promotion because they weren't told how much certain things were worth or cost. I was locked into a 3 year contract with Verizon where I couldn't opt out without paying an obnoxious price, but Verizon could change the price of different products at any time. My bill raised several times while under contract with Verizon because their employees failed to adequately answer my questions about the prices when I purchased the advertised offer. If one employee had made the mistake, I would think it was a fluke. However, when several employees are unable to answer questions about one advertised promotion, it shows a lack of training on the company as a whole, something I'm sure is done so Verizon can't be held legally responsible for. When I called to cancel service (because they don't have an easy online option to do that), not only was I charged again, but they didn't cancel all of my devices as requested. Then I tried to login to my account to verify the billing was correct, only to discover the removed my account while leaving active devices on it I'd requested they remove. Their customer service is horrible, no one ever knows what they're doing. Don't be fooled like I was. Buy your phone without getting into contract with them and never sign up for "free" stuff because nothing is ever free with them. If an offer sounds too good to be true, just know that it is (no matter how much their employees tell you otherwise) and you'll be paying for it one way or another. I learned recently that you can purchase monthly service through U.S. Mobile and still use Verizon towers (with the Warp package) for a significantly discounted rate. I am in no way sponsored or affiliated with U.S. Mobile, it was just a company a family member recommended to me and after being with them for less than a week I'm already tremendously more happy with their customer service and up front pricing. The employee's at this location are worthless. They legit offer no help. I am most likely going to miss out on a rebate for their lack of customer service customer service. They can sell an iPhone but can't help you through a problem when trying to turn your phone in? They are worthless. The entire location needs to be shut down or a whole revamp of the employees. I bought my new phone there, the guy was not helpful. Tried to return my phone there, the guy was not helpful. Tried a second time only for the same MF to then tell me to go to apple. The Taylor Michigan location has Very poor customer service. Worked with Carole Schaefer who was absolutely horrible. She spent a lot of time telling us all the reasons she could not do her job. At one point she stated she is paid to sell phones not to do customer service and maybe if we came in on a different day she would be willing to provide customer service but not that day. I asked her what specials were available for the I Phone 13 Pro and she told me none for current customers - Specials for current customers ended the Friday before Thanksgiving. I left and went on line and found the special for $440.00 off the I Phone 13 pro for current customers. Don't waist your time going to this store the employees are very poorly trained. read more

Someone went into this store and purchased equipment on my account without identification. An IPhone 13 and power beats were purchased at register #62 by employee rep mollnje E2C5Z on July 20th. I was notified by email of the transaction immediately and have been trying to get this matter taken care of thru Verizon. I still have charges on my bill in excess of $300 which I refuse to pay. I have tried to contact the store at 734-287-1770 several times which goes to the automated service. There has to be another number to the store. What number do they use to call in sick? I have contacted the Taylor Police department with no response from any of their detectives. My hands are tied because I live in Virginia. Has to be an inside job because why would you sell equipment to someone with a Virginia phone number without asking for proper identification. Sounds shady to me. read more

I have had Verizon for almost 20 years. Their customer service has literally gone so far downhill its pathetic. My 73 year old father has spent over 4 hours in 2 days on hold with Verizon. On December 20th he ordered a new phone , he is on my plan. They even gave him a confirmation number. It was supposed to be shipped on January 21st. After not receiving zero information on the shipment he called customer service and was sent in a circle of ignorance. Each person he was sent to had nothing for him. This went on for over 2 hours. After 2 days of this, he finally got a hold of someone who had an answer. They told him they ran his credit card on January 6th and it declined, so they canceled the order. They never contacted him. He asked if he could pay then for it and was told his "deal" was no longer available. Now they want more money from him than the original cost. They wont even honor his confirmation number, damn crooks! I am going to talk to my family on my plan about giving Verizon the boot! read more

Me and my boyfriend visited the store to switch to Verizon from our current phone plans. Emily greeted us right as we walked in and was very helpful. She was very clear about prices and what our monthly bill would be and we never felt pressured to buy anything we didn't really want or upgrade services. Aside from having issues with Sprint releasing my boyfriends account number, everything went really smooth and we were only there for about an hour. So far, the service is great and there is no lag like I experienced with T-Mobile. read more

Love that I walk in 2 hours before they close and there's one family of 4 ahead of me and the employee tells me to come in in the morning. It's in Taylor, so if you need to go there just be prepared to be surrounded by trashy customers that are complaining at the employees about things that are Verizon's fault. Customer service staff has always been very helpful to me and my concerns. Only reason I need to knock down a star is because the wait times can get excruciating. read more

Finally, a good experience. In and out in just under 2 hours for 2 new phones, all new accessories and a tablet with a 1 year old. Eli made sure that we had everything we could possibly need and the manager made our son feel happy and welcome as well (don't remember your name but good luck in 4 months when your wife delivers your next kid!).
