My late mother used to have her cell phone service through Verizon and sometimes the guys that were working at the store we're good to her, although if you have them, couldn't understand what my mom was talking about -- particularly when she was confused about my Google account accidentally getting mixed in with her stuff on her phone back in the day. When I arrived, the guys working in the store greeted me, but were busy with other customers. I was mainly interested in just looking around and seeing if they even had an android phone case that would fit my new android phone. One of the guys was semi-snotty to me and in a tone of voice, that sounded very contemptuous to me, asked me if I needed help right away, to which I told him that I was mainly just looking right then, which I was looking at a charger for my phone. After poking around, I found something similar to what I wanted, but I could not find the price on it. I felt that I had seen and heard everything that I needed to see and hear in here, so I left. I think that I'll continue to go up the street to the T-Mobile store, where I get a lot better and more friendly service.

Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.

This place is awesome! It saved me several hundred dollars by fixing my iPhone!…read more My iPhone went suddenly blank and wouldn't turn on. I took it to the Apple Store in Kenwood Towne Center and they stated the entire inside needed fixed at the tune of $560. I called CPR and the two guys working were so nice and helpful and insisted I bring it in. Within 30 minutes of them looking at my phone they had it on and stated I needed a new battery. $150 later I had my phone working and back in my possession (only took an hour or so). This was so special because I was devastated I lost all of my pictures of my dog who recently passed but CPR saved the day!!
