Well I went in three weeks ago to have my wife's screen repaired on her iPhone 13 and they upsold me on the battery. Well now the phone has crashed and the only thing I did was take it to uBreakiFix in Florence Ky. Nothing we can do will fix it. Now I'm gonna have to replace her phone. I should have just not replaced the battery now I'm out the 200 bucks and have to replace her phone. Thanks for nothing. I won't be going back and highly suggest saving your money. read more

Came here to get my daughter's phone screen fixed with no regrets! The staff was accommodating, informative, professional, and trustworthy. Shout out to Gregory and Victoria! We had updates sent to my phone while my kid's was phone was being serviced. We knew when they were working on it as well when it was ready to be picked up. We were told an hour for a screen fix but it was finished in less then 45min. Also, You can reserve an appointment online. Overall, affordable prices, no pressure to have to purchase things you may not need, and quality care with your personal device. Poor customer service. These guys did everything they could to get out of helping me with my insurance claim from asurion. I would find another place if I were you. They were not friendly, not helpful, and suggested that I mail it in so they didn't have to mess with it. I'm a very friendly, understanding person but when you suggest the times that I mail it in so you don't have to talk to my insurance company on the phone, there's a problem. Unfortunately, The aftermarket screen they used on our iPhone started to separate from the iPhone case along the top and sides after just a couple of weeks. We were confident they would just fix, but not the case. Our experience was very frustrating. They went out of their way to explain how it was our issue but would fix it if we accepted a $50 discount reducing the fix from $350 to $300. But we felt this was ridiculous and left. Poor customer service, poor accountability, and well... just poor service in total. Be very aware if you have issues after they fix your iPhone. Make sure they explain what they can or are willing to fix if the repairs is not done correctly. read more

Took my son's PS4 system to be updated and they were awesome!! They have a monthly plan that allowed our repair to be completed in an hour, otherwise could have taken 3-4 weeks. It was definitely worth it because it's $25 monthly and the repair would have been $100-$150. Will definitely try the monthly service because it works on everything electronic, but not cell phones. There is no better way to describe this place than an absolute train wreck with no customer service. I had a warranty claim through Verizon. I was told 2 hours and came back 6 hours later. They had trouble calibrating my device and tried to tell me I couldn't have my phone. The manager ended up letting me but said I had to come back. I proceeded to come back 5 different times to get this done. Every time I showed up they could not get it calibrated and the manager wasn't here right now and I had to come back. I finally came at 10am on Friday as I was assured he was there. Waited about 30 minutes in like behind 3 people. The gentleman working now said everything I was told before was incorrect and nothing a manager could do. He said we would have to calibrate it. So they take my phone back. I hear them complaining about how it was done wrong previously. During this time I witness countless incidents of poor customer service. One where a lady was promised her laptop two days ago and they left her waiting on hold hours so she finally drove in. They told her it might be another couple days, no guarantee. She asked to speak to Steve that made the promise and I overheard the conversation between the associate and Steve and Steve refused to come speak to her because he was busy. A second customer, this store actually damaged his phone! And they said for his inconvenience he could have a new screen protector. He said that's not much help if I don't have a phone. In an hour of waiting I watched customer after customer slam the door and leave unhappy. I was laughing at that point because it was almost absurd. The guy, Steve, came out and told me my calibration was still not working and I found wait another hour or so. I refused and left. I relayed all of what I had witnessed to this guy and he honestly didn't give a crap. My next comments will be sent to Verizon, posted on social media and likely the BBB because this was honestly the most horrific witnessing of customer service I have ever seen. read more

They charged $179 for a crappy aftermarket screen that broke after 2 weeks of use. They refused to repair the phone when I took it back and tried to charge the same price. It also took them 4 hours to repair the first time. There is another shop right down the road that charged the same exact price for a legit apple screen and was finished in 20 mins. I took my laptop to the Florence store two weeks ago and was told they would call me in one week with an update. Ten days later I called them because I had not heard back. I was told the tech that was working on my lap top was not in the office and he would get back to me the next day. He did not so I called again. I was told he still was not in the office and no one else could give me an update expect for that tech...really?! So today, I tried calling the store for two hours. The phone would ring and ring then just stop ringing. I thought maybe they were really busy, so I drove to the store. Not one customer was in the store. The tech that supposedly had been working on my computer told me had not had time to look at it yet, maybe he would get to it next week. I asked for the manager, his name is Blake. I asked Blake if they were having phone problems, he said no, they were just understaffed. They chose not to answer the phones on a Friday for hours!! I explained many business are understaffed but if that is the case they should set realistic expectations for the customer, not tell me I will have an update in one week when in reality it will take 2, 3 or maybe 4 weeks. I took my laptop to Best Buy and they told me what was wrong with my computer right away. Please do not take your electronics to this store. My husband ordered a new battery for his iPhone. When it came he tried to install it but dropped two of the tiny screws so he asked me to stop by ubreakifix to have them do it with their micro equipment. I explained the problem, gave the pass code, and told the tech that the back cover wasn't on tightly. He pressed on the back cover three times and it made a tin sound. The next thing I knew there was smoke streaming out of the phone. The tech threw the phone across the room and yelled for everyone to evacuate the building. The customers ran out the front door and he and someone from behind the wall went out the back. Several minutes later one of the workers came walking through the building and I asked him if the phone was salvageable. He said "no way". I asked what happened and he said it was a "defective battery". After telling my husband the story he thinks that the technician caused a short by pressing on the battery case when he knew the battery was loose. I returned later in the day to retrieve the phone. They said that all data, photos, SIM card etc were lost. I asked if they would help us with a replacement. They said "NO!" I really want to give this place a chance, as a business I love their story. Unfortunately this location didn't do me any good. They said they call back with a quote they had my computer sitting in their shop for nearly 2 weeks. They had said that they would give me a call 1 to 2 days after I dropped it off. I called and they said they will call back but they never did. And it up calling Micro Center who Will have the job done In a week.
