Josh is a total rockstar!! I don't know him outside of encountering him at the Boulder store, but he's completely amazing. He helped me buy two phones for my teenage boys and to navigate the process super fluidly. He gave me his cell phone number and I have saved it and he's super repsonsive whenever I have issues. Once it was to review billing changes and credits. Another time-- just today-- it was to get my screen cover replaced. HIDDEN FEES!!! They charged me $60 to set up my phone, but never told me that was a charge until I saw it on my receipt. When I asked if I could set it up on my phone they said I couldn't and that I needed to wait for them to do it. Not once did they say it will cost $60 for them to turn on my phone. GREAT Experience from the entire team at Verizon on 104th, Thornton. Kent's advice a couple of months ago to wait a few weeks for the new iPhone 15 was 100% worth it. We made an appointment with Kent. He is very knowledge and detail oriented. He transferred data for three new phones and pared promo watches to each. Our transfers was excellent. One slight glitch was resolved within 3 minutes. A very knowledgable team at this store. A best in class carrier Vz with a best in class retail operator. Don't go here!! Simon who apparently doesn't even work for this store is a lying POS. My son who has a phone on my account was buying a new phone and Simon the salesperson told him that since I'm a long-time customer that he can upgrade my home internet router at no cost. I talked to Simon on the phone and stated that I'm happy with my existing router and was on a 3 year price guarantee so I didn't want to change anything. He stated that it's a new improved router with a higher speed and wider coverage and that my price would then lock for another 3 years for the exact same cost. So I agreed. When I got the plan changes via email, the POS changed my plan on the router to a 100 MB/sec plan from 300 MB/sec at the same cost. I then noticed that he changed every phone plan to a different plan with fewer features at a higher cost. I have 6 phones on the plan. To add insult to injury, when I went to the store to return the router they would not take it back, I had to ship it to Verizon! I despise lying salespeople that will do anything to make a buck. I'm so pissed that I'm looking to cancel Verizon after 20 plus years! read more

Months ago I wanted to trade in my phone for a new one, so I went to the store to make sure I was eligible because I don't trust doing everything online. The agent not only told me that i'm eligible for an upgrade, but he tried signing me up for all these different things. He was so desperate to get sales that he tried adding a line to my account, but I kept telling him no. After telling him no multiple times he finally did the trade in paper work and I mailed Verizon my old phone. Here I am months later with a $700 charge for the old phone because supposedly I was on a contract with the old one and the agent didn't tell me that before processing the trade in. read more

My fiancé and I tried to change plans so we were on the same account, we waited over an hour getting everything set up, and then after a half hour of trying, the lady told us we wouldn't be able to do it today. She claimed that her system was down, but there were people doing the same thing with a different associate with no issues. We tried to be polite and understanding, but the entire encounter was awkward, and unprofessional. read more

We have gone to this place originally about 6 months ago. The service then was okay at best. We got talked into accessories, one was a screen protector that we both could swear they said had a warranty but turns out we were very mistaken. If that was the case, w would have order online (much cheaper) but since there was a warranty so amazing, we couldn't pass it up. Who would. Well, since it needs replaced and we were already there and even without a free replacement... We purchased another one BUT they were out of the same one so we had to buy a more expensive one that comes with a WARRANTY! UGH. read more

Went in the store and purchased an Iphone 8 and was told at that time my monthly bill would be going up only $5.00 after lowering my data plan to compensate for the phone monthly payment. About a month later I get my verizon bill and what a shock-- completely lied to by Josh, turns out that my bill is $25.00 more per month than with my old phone. I would give them 0 stars but that isn't an option. The screen on my phone was dying and they were not helpful at all and extremely rude. I am on a family plan and they absolutely refused to help me because I couldn't provide them with every single life detail of the person I share the plan with. I explained I would get my sister's information but in the mean time, what would my options be. They said they could not help me with anything. Not sure if this is their standard practice or if it was because it was 1/2 an hour before the store was scheduled to close. BUT that might explain the empty store on a weekend. I ended up going to the Verizon location I usually go to and they helped me with NO problem and went above and beyond. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you want to be treated like you are a liar and thief. read more

These guys were great. I was helped by several of their staff over several days when I upgraded my phone. I had not backed up any of my photos or videos and my phone was on it's deathbed. They were patient with me as we spent three days making sure I had all of my information transferred over.
