I had such an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store, thanks to Leslie and the other staff…read moremembers! My sister, father, and I came in on Christmas Eve to switch plans and get new phones, and she made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Leslie was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident about our decisions. Even on a busy holiday, she never rushed us and kept such a positive attitude the whole time. The entire staff at this location was kind and attentive. We honestly had a blast throughout the process -- which is not something you usually say about switching phones! 10/10 recommend this store. Thank you for making our Christmas Eve such a great experience!

I switched to T-Mobile because of their buy two lines get one free promotion. Based on that offer,…read moreI convinced multiple family members to leave AT&T and join me. Shortly after I was told that if I ported one more number, I would qualify for an additional free line. It sounded like a great deal until it wasn't. From the very beginning. There was a billing issue, I was charged for four lines when I should have only been paying for three. I contacted customer service and they assured me the promotion would be reapplied. But every single month the same thing happened, the promo would show up then mysteriously fall off again. This went on for months. Eventually, I was told to go into the store and speak with a manager when I tried, the location was under renovation for a long time, they were operating out of a temporary set up, and I was told to wait until the store reopened so everything could be fixed. So I waited. When the store finally reopened I spoke with the manager and explained everything in detail, I even provided the exact date and time of my original visit along with the employee who helped me and promised me the additional free line. I asked the manager to check surveillance footage and verify the interaction. After looking into it, the manager admitted that he could see why the employee made the promise; however, the manager said I didn't actually qualify for the promotion because my account was too new at the time. The promo would've applied to my account had it just been a few days older. That explanation doesn't change the fact that I was promised a free line and that promise is the reason I ported another number over from AT&T. I asked the manager to escalate the issue to a supervisor and find a resolution once again I was told it would be looked into almost a month passed and nothing so I followed up with the manager and eventually I got a response saying that they tried to apply the promotion, but it kept falling off. In other words after nine months they repeated the same failed fix over and over with no actual resolution. I am still being charged for four lines instead of three. I wrote the manager again, and I am being ignored. This is not just poor customer service it's false advertising. They made promises to get me to switch carriers and when they couldn't honor it, the response was essentially "sorry, nothing we can do." Be very careful with T-Mobile promotions, GET IT IN WRITING. What they promise upfront may not be what you actually get and trying to fix it can turn into a never-ending cycle with no accountability.

I am very disappointed to feel the need to write a negative review for a store that I have visited…read moremost my lifetime. But today the customer service I received from Amy was really disheartening and unhelpful. This stems from an issue that I had with an online order that has since been resolved by Bestbuy online support. Essentially, I had been shipped an empty package that was supposed to contain my order. I had called the Northglenn Bestbuy phone number and was told over the phone that coming in to talk to someone was the best way to resolve the issue that I have. Upon arriving to the Northglenn location I asked the cashier what he thought I should do, and if it was possible to get a refund. This is when Amy came into the conversation, already standoffish. Amy interrupted the cashier I was speaking to essentially telling me that there is nothing anyone could do to help me and that I need to call the corporate number. When I asked "What is the corporate phone number?" She replied with "it's 1888 Bestbuy" instead of reading out the phone number that I needed to call. I left the store and called the corporate number (only after needing to return to the store to ask what the corporate phone number was). The corporate phone number was monitored by an A.I. assistant that helped me since I was calling out of business hours. This phone call ended up disconnecting due to it being on a Sunday. I returned into the store feeling at a loss because up to this point no one has been able to guide me in what I can do to resolve my problem. This is when Amy sees me walk in, before I was able to speak she was already repeating herself from our conversation before "we are not able to help you at this store!" I replied " I am not asking for you to do anything for me, I just need to know what I should do next to solve my issue". Her reply told me to be more patient with the A.I. assistant and again reminded me that she was not going to help me at this location. I left the store for the final time and was able to get help from a virtual assistant through the Bestbuy app. After resolving my personal issue with my previous order, I felt that I had been treated extremely poorly by Amy. The customer service I received made me feel unwelcome in the Bestbuy store. Any customer who is asking for help/guidance/support should not be faced with the service I received from Amy today. I feel that even if the Northglenn location was unable to help me directly, they could've offered more support in solving my issue. Whether that be through the app or other alternative. It felt that I had been turned away and denied service. What I hope to come from this review is a reevaluation of the customer service at this location. Although I was able to solve my problem through an online assistant, Amy provided terrible customer support, and actively made me feel unwelcome in the store.
