This is one of the best Verizon stores around and it's without a doubt due to chelsea. She is very knowledgeable, personable and has a contagious smile. Her knowledge is 2nd is second to none and I will most certainly be coming back to this store no matter where I live to due to her!!!! read more

I use to go to this store instead of the big corporate store out of town. Trying to keep business in town. However management has changed and the best sales person was transferred to another store. I will now be driving out of town to the store she transferred to instead of this place. The young guy that replaced the old manager (Jon) is deceitful and not honest like the old crew was. I do not want to go to a store that is only going to force new products down my throat instead of helping you out. I am not the first or only person this has happened to. I am making sure my business and anyone else's I can goes to someone else. Get it together GoWireless! read more

Went in to get a new phone for my husband. Very impressed with the staff here. Everyone was super friendly. All details of the phone and plan were explained very throughly. I decided to go back a few hours later and get my self a phone. Again very caring and friendly. They even called to help set up my iCloud at home. Returning customer for sure!!
