2 years ago I went into Verizon with two paid off Motorola MotoZ phones. My wife needed a new phone and when in the store we found out there was a deal on their phones Buy One Get One. My wife wanted an IPhone so we went with the deal. Last month my son lost his phone and bought another and Verizon had us login to our account to set it up. At this time I noticed Verizon was charging me for one of the MotoZs which went to my youngest son. I've requested help and clarification from Verizon, but keep getting the run around. I'll have someone ask questions and say they'll get back with me then they don't. Now I get a message saying my issue is resolved. They didn't do anything. They haven't even addressed the issue. So Verizon ripped me off for about $750 by charging me twice for the same phone. I wish I could give them less than one star. I don't blame this particular store, I blame their whole company, stay away! read more

Sales rep Thomas was VERY helpful. I've gone to 3 different stores trying to solve an issue i didn't cause, he took his time to call customer service and got my whole ordeal figured out in 20 minutes when i've been disputing with verizon for over a month! Folks take your business someplace else! This store and it's associates are trained in very poor business practices such as letting you make a purchase without explaining if products are attached to contracts. They tell you items are warrantied but don't tell you the hoops you need to jump through to get products replaced. If they ask you if you want a screen protector with your purchase, look at what your getting. They slap on a $50.00 protector without asking if that's what you want, but tell you it has a life time warranty, (that they don't stand by). Do yourself a favor, drive to chums corners location or any other but I've been taken one to many times here. read more

This review is for the sales rep, Lia. My husband and I came in for a mifi. We were trying to figure out if it was going to work for us, and we had a million questions. Lia was incredibly helpful and patient. After 30 minutes, we almost decide against it because Verizon only offers monthly data plans and no prepaid options. While we debated, Lia didn't try push us either way. Another employee, Chris, offered us helpful information about the device, too. THE worst experience I've ever had, the WORST service I've ever had. No management able to help with ANYTHING except offer us left over pizza after we had been the for 4 hours of getting the complete run around. We were never informed of a total price until the very end of the transaction, and the additional options that THEY added, we were never told anything about the products, nothing. I've had Verizon for about 10 years, I will never go into the store on S, Airport road again let alone any another one. The one and only person that helped us was a very, very nice guy. I went into Verizon and was thrilled with the amount of help I recieved starting a plan, adding on my phone and then deciding to add one more phone for my boyfriend. Zack was incredibly helpful going over options and answering any and all of my questions since this was my first time getting on my own plan. Horrible customer service. Trying to upgrade a couple days early before leaving on a family trip. After talking with customer service twice, they confirmed it's no issue to upgrade with in a week of the upgrade date. The 2nd time they even spoke to the store manager directly and said everything was all set. But both times when I got to the store me they said I can't upgrade. The 2nd time I went, even though they told the customer service rep I could upgrade 1DAY early, they were wrong. I really could not. Going to find a Verizon store on my trip so this one doesn't get my business. Never going back to this store again. read more
