After 30 minutes, I finally made it to the counter. My transaction only took about 10 minutes, and staff were friendly as usual, but long waits are typical. US Cellular has some of the best cellular coverage in our area, but they can be a pain to deal with. We once attempted to upgrade my wife's cell phone, and were told the store's prices were different than the online prices. If we wanted the online price -- which was significantly better -- we would have to order the phone online. We headed over to Verizon a few doors down, and were told that their online prices were the same as the store prices. We ended up going with Verizon, who also gave us a credit for switching over. (U.S. Cellular later mailed us an offer to switch back, but it was too little too late.)

I changed providers just a few days into their billing period - which bills in advance. I was really surprised by their policy where I had to keep paying for another month of coverage even after canceling my service. They charged me for a partial upfront when I signed up. Why can't they refund the 'unused' portion of the month? That just doesn't seem right to me. Why should I have to pay for a service I'm not even using anymore, especially if the reason for cancelling was because the coverage/service was bad? The customer service rep I talked to only stated it was their policy. It left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. I don't remember them telling me that 15+ years ago, that I would have to continue paying after leaving them Probably a T-Mobile decision. At Xfinity (the main number) No body knows what they are doing there! I just needed to print a label to return an item. I can't print the dang return label. I called the returns department and they tell me to call customer service cause they can send you a box and a label. I seriously questioned this as I have never had them offer me a box and a label. I was correct, no box and label. I was transferred around and around. I was finally told that I could I could use a label I had previously used. Honestly I doubt it but at this point, I give up. If they are to unknowledgeable about how to do their job I do not know how to fix that. I will try and use this label and if it doesn't work I quit! I do not have hours and hours to spend on the phone. I have only ever had one employee there go way above and beyond to help me out. That was back in January. Ernesto, was so helpful and actually got me the label I am reusing. Other than him every single time I have called Xfinity it is a zoo.

She was kind, helpful and accurate. Theresa knows her stuff and she treats each customer like they are the only person in the room. She was amazing! When it was my turn, she had me signed up, my order complete and a tech scheduled for less than a week out. Home install was just as satisfying. Ash was fast, clean, educating and respectful. He made sure all devices were connected and gave me tips to help me in the future. Thank you Ash! The best part? Service is wildly fast and less expensive than the undeserving company that ghosted me.

Went in to use the "4 month warranty" (suspect) and they said they couldn't fix it because it had a small microscopic chip on the screen... when it's their fault they gave me a faulty screen?!!! The chip had nothing to do with the glitching but "since it's a bit damaged they can't send it back to replace the faulty screen" that they gave me.. I didn't know I was paying for a bad screen or I would've never bought it. Next time I will be going to the Apple Store like I usually do because it never happens with them and pay that extra dollar for a reliable job. So disappointed
