THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. My husband was sold a wireless charger which he was assured was compatible with my iPhone. It was not. We returned the unopened charger 4 days after purchase and were told we would receive a refund check in the mail within 10 days. 10+ days pass and we didn't receive the refund. After making a phone call I spoke to a rude, young salesgirl who was "gonna text her boss" and find out about the refund. I was later informed it had never been issued and was told I would have it in 10 days. 10+ days later - no refund. I called and spoke to a STORE MANAGER who said they'd look into it and call me back. Two days later after not hearing back I called them and was told not to worry a refund would be coming in 10 days. She even laughed and said it wouldn't take that long. So now, 14 days later I still have no refund, I've called the store manager, whom I spoke with and and he was was supposed to call me back (and didn't), I've called corporate and have been assured, for the FOURTH time I will have a check in 10 days. I am furious to say the least. I have never dealt with such incompetent managers and sales people who clearly DO NOT make customer satisfaction a priority. Save yourself a headache and go to an actual Verizon store or buy online. read more

But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

When I said Samsung store, i meant to say they said they had a Samsung Diagnostic Computer which analyzes the contents. Yes, they are an insurance company. But they told me what was up, didnt pitch anything new and apologized. Maybe they were lying. Im just asking you some open ended questions (Nice, all good sales books recommend those) but then you said you said your kids dont play w it, I think they do... Bro, just keep that last part to yourself. I walked at that point because my phone is my livelihood. I dont know of anything spilling on it. Another reason my kids dont use my phone is because they have a PS5, PS4, Switch, DS, Fire Tablet, Samsung Tablet, Nintendo DS and other laptops of the like. When I said no, I meant it. Again, this store probably does good work. Just need to brush up on some modern sales books. Phillip lied and hid certain promotions to boost his own commission. Gave us a more expensive watch and said it would only add $5/month. Turns out it added $25/month and there was another watch on promotion for free, but he didn't offer it. The customer service representative over the phone informed us of it when calling about our outrageously priced bill. She repeatedly apologized for Phillips terrible customer service. Thankfully, Anna, our representative over the phone credited the amount he basically scammed us. We still are stuck with a few items that we were conned into buying. We know in the future to stay away from this location & only speak with representatives over the phone or on the mobile app. read more

I really appreciated the discount for parts given to me for the old MacBook. In the last year I also purchased my Apple TV setup and a battery for my iPhone X. These people are seriously into good customer service and make it possible for more people to afford Apple products.
