She was very kind, however I didn't get the impression she was in the sales department. I then told her I was a person who needed to work with someone that has patience, knowledge, and honest. She told me to come in and ask for Gabe. When I arrived I asked for Gabe and was told he was busy with another customer he would be right with me. I was in a bit of a hurry so I went up to another salesperson and told her anyone could help me. They said Gabe would be right with me. Boy I AM GLAD I WAITED. From the moment of meeting Mr. Gabriel Lancaster I could detect that he was a listener. I asked questions and he listened and answered EVERYTHING that I asked. He was very patience, knowledgeable, and understanding. I previously thought I understood most of the features of both phones after watching all the videos and reading all the information on the websites, until I met Gabe! His customer service BLEW MY MIND. I will send EVERYONE I KNOW in the market for a cell phone, IPAD or any device right to Mr. Gabriel Lancaster. Needless to say I made up my mind and brought an iphone 4s happily with Gabe.

On September 20th they called and left me a voicemail saying it was finally in stock after some sort of delay because originally they told me it wouldn't take that many days to arrive. The part arrived. I brought my laptop up to the mall and left it there for a few days. I had to keep calling to check on the progress of my laptop. I decided that one day I would just come up there since I didnt live that far from the store. I came to the mall and asked about the status of my laptop. He told me I could take it home but that they broke something different in the process of fixing my screen. The broke the "bezzle" so basically I cant close my la[top down all they way and have to be very careful with it while using it because the screen could fall. The placed tap on the screen to hold it up from falling apart and told me that they had ordered another bezzle and when it arrived they would call me so they could put it on. Because I use my laptop for work they told me it was fine to take my laptop home and to just becareful using it. I called the store back every couple of weeks trying to be patient. I would call every 2 weeks then i think i waited 3 weeks then another time i waited a whole month before I started to get frustrated and wanted answers. This time when I spoke with them they said they ordered it but it was taking a long time arriving, that it was hard to locate that part but it was in route and the moment it arrived they would call me back. So then a few days after Christmas I decided to go to the mall again and talk to them in person. I asked the guy at the desk where the part was for my laptop and explained the situation and he seemed nonchalant stating that they changed management and the people who use to work there no longer work there. Seemed very fishy and upsetting so I asked who the manager was and who was in charge of things and told them the last people said my part was on its way to the store. He basically told me he couldnt help me and that they changed thier number. Now when i look on google it says the store number is 240-633-9373. This is unacceptable and i deserve for my laptop to be fixed or this company owes me a brand new laptop for heir negligance on informing customers that they were getting rid of team members while parts where being ordered that customers were still waiting on.
