The employee assisting her (Brian) was dismissive and unprofessional. He told her that the account didn't exist and that the phone number she provided was invalid--without making a reasonable effort to actually look into the issue. She left upset and without help. When she contacted me, I was able to locate the account immediately using the same information, which makes it clear the problem was not the account--it was the lack of effort and professionalism. What made the situation worse is that Brian later contacted me directly about this review, and even after I told him not to contact me again, he continued to call and text. That crosses a line and is completely inappropriate. Customer service should be respectful, thorough, and professional--especially when dealing with elderly customers. This experience fell far short of that standard. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it.

I decided that one day I would just come up there since I didnt live that far from the store. I came to the mall and asked about the status of my laptop. He told me I could take it home but that they broke something different in the process of fixing my screen. The broke the "bezzle" so basically I cant close my la[top down all they way and have to be very careful with it while using it because the screen could fall. The placed tap on the screen to hold it up from falling apart and told me that they had ordered another bezzle and when it arrived they would call me so they could put it on. Because I use my laptop for work they told me it was fine to take my laptop home and to just becareful using it. I called the store back every couple of weeks trying to be patient. I would call every 2 weeks then i think i waited 3 weeks then another time i waited a whole month before I started to get frustrated and wanted answers. This time when I spoke with them they said they ordered it but it was taking a long time arriving, that it was hard to locate that part but it was in route and the moment it arrived they would call me back. So then a few days after Christmas I decided to go to the mall again and talk to them in person. I asked the guy at the desk where the part was for my laptop and explained the situation and he seemed nonchalant stating that they changed management and the people who use to work there no longer work there. Seemed very fishy and upsetting so I asked who the manager was and who was in charge of things and told them the last people said my part was on its way to the store. My phone was in perfect condition (minus the crack screen) . My iPhone 11 Pro was fully functional. I arrived to my appointment and gave then my phone . They said it will take 30 mins to fix my phone. Within those 30 mins they opened my phone. I sat outside in my car for 35 minutes. When I returned they stated they could not fix my screen because my volume up button does not work. They put my cracked screen back on the phone. I told him everything was fine with my phone until they touched it. I have to now wait for them to send me a new phone, but not the exact phone because the color I have is not in stock. To wrap it up , I took my phone there to get my screen fixed for 30 mins. They broke my phone even more.
