If a guy named Bruce is still there, Walk OUT!! He screw me & put me in a contract for 2 year on unlimited that I didn't even want. Got rid of a federal employee discount that I was grandfathered into. The contract has finally ended, and I'm gonna make sure I go to another carrier after being with Verizon for almost 30 years and he did that to me and they wouldn't fix it. Never again. Yesterday I went to my usual Verizon store on University avenue after work. I had a problem with my phone I thought, and was concerned about my E-mails, an update and billing notice, and my camera. My camera is important!!! A young man by the name of Daniel Ayotte from the Empire Blvd store was there and he assisted me. I guess there was a shortage of help and they chose to bring him in. I believe he's a newer employee. He explained the E mail thing to me regarding sending, the update notice regarding insurance to me, and agreed with my opinion on the phone I currently have regarding the camera. My previous phone had a beautiful camera and I want something comparable to it. After I explained things to him regarding my photo work, clubs and media hobbies, he showed me a phone with a much better camera, and explained the pixels and values of it, as well as the change in my billing. I was impressed with his knowledge. I'm definitely going to consider that phone phone. I think he's of value for Verizon. I may add he was at the University avenue store with Shane, his mentor. Shane's a good guy and valuable Verizon employee also. read more

Several months ago, I brought in my samsung galaxy flip phone because I dropped it and the screen cracked. I had only had teh phone like 2 months or something and was devastated. I assumed I just needed a whole new phone. They must have known that samsung will replace the screen once for $99. I just found this out tonight when I dropped the replacement phone and it also cracked. The policy has been in place sing 20021. The associate even talked about how great my sale would make his numbers- I guess replacements count more than new sales? He conned me out of an extra $900 or so I did not need to spend! read more

Well I must say we visited the store to upgrade our phones and had an amazing experience we worked with Christopher who went above and beyond expectations they are working very hard at keeping the store clean and disinfected and following by the coronas guidelines and still providing excellent customer service! I am so lucky to live near this Cellular Sales store on Empire Blvd in Webster, NY. I go in there as a senior with maybe some easy answers and they always go one step further and teach my something new. John their I think his job is team leader to Daniel my new helping angel, they always help me out and then walk me to my car. They are so knowledgeable and much more friendly and helpful than those at our local Verizon company store. read more

Don't shop at the 1930 Empire Blvd store. The employees will waste you time and the most senior guy there is an arrogant jerk. Even during COVID they make you drive to the store to do what can be done over the phone. And then don't follow directions when you tell them what phone number to use for a callback. and when you go in they won't wave any charges even when you've been a customer for 30 years. I've never paid for data transfer and the older guy decided to dig out my 3-4 yr old order just to prove that the charge was on the order(which is wasn't) and then print it out to show it was there(but got waved) . I called him out on being petty and he said yes and he didnt care. So don't go there unless you like poor customer service. read more

I really don't have much positive to say about this store. I've been a Verizon customer for almost 15 years. I went into this store not knowing it was a store that isn't own and operated by Verizon Wireless (They hide that very well with zero signage to indicate otherwise.) The staff there isn't very knowledgeable and seemingly didn't know what they were doing. I felt pressured to buy a tablet and felt pressured to buy a LG phone that I had zero interest in buying. After a few more rude comments from the employee I asked if this store was owned and operated by Verizon. Which I was informed it wasn't. I left and called Verizon customer service to make sure they didn't make any unwanted changes to my account. I will be going to the other Verizon store that is also located in Webster from now on. Feel free to visit this store if you for whatever reason feel the need to be pressured into buying items you don't want. read more

I recently purchased a new phone from this location. Only after checking my bill online, did I learn that I was signed up for TMP without authorization - it wasn't even mentioned to me while in store. I was also misinformed (lied to) about other fees and changes to my Verizon plan. This is not the way a company should be doing business, and I shouldn't have to call Verizon to correct my plan. read more
