They could have used a few more employees but the wait was not too long. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the plans and products and offered honest responses to our questions. If there was a product that was not so great, he let us know and why. There was a discrepancy between what I was quoted on chat versus what I was quoted in the store, but he made it right. So far, the service has been very reliable and I am enjoying the added benefits that I get: hot spot and streaming!

I've had good experiences here on both occasions that I've been in - one time to buy an accessory for my Galaxy, which I didn't buy despite needing it badly (price issue more than selection issue), and this most recent time a couple of months ago to inquire about switching over from Verizon (ugh). After about a minute, someone comes out of a closed door and introduces himself and asks how he can help us. We told him we wanted to disconnect our landline but keep the number and assign it to a cell phone we have. He told us Customer Service online or a phone call would have to do that. We asked about discontinuing one of the lines on our family plan, and again we're told call Customer Service or go online. Then we asked if there were any current promotions that could help us lower our U-Verse rate. He said no, but he'd get his tablet and see what we could maybe trim off our bill. All the while this is occurring, Phillip's body language and facial expressions conveyed he had no interest in helping us. He went behind the aforementioned closed door to get his tablet, and was gone at least 5 minutes. In the meantime, while Phillip was gone, another customer came into the store and sat down at one of the tables. When Phillip reappeared, he acknowledged the other customer and said something like "Back again?" He then proceeded to help this customer without acknowledging us or telling us he'd be right with us! That was just the last straw! We got up and left! He never said anything more to us. I will never set foot in this store again. This is not how you treat customers! I was able to transfer 4 phone lines from ATT to a single TMobile Magenta Max plan and save $150 month. They knew what trade in value I could get and that I could also get a buy one get one free iphone and then 2 free sets of airpods from the Black Friday promotion. Cookies obtained, the five of us in our friend's Nissan Rogue. He attempts to turn the car on. Click click... silence. Nothing. We're stranded. Car isn't moving. We have triple A, however, one of us knew how to jump start the car, we just needed another car with a good battery. Sat with the car hood up, eating cookies, eating them, the usual thing to do when stranded and waiting for a good samaritan to offer up their car. We finished the cookies. They were pretty good. After several taste testings, we finally decide to make a move. First business we asked couldn't help us. Then we decided to go to T-Mobile. I don't know their name, but a very kind person there not only offered their car battery to help, they had better jump cables than us and also knew how to jump start a car. We very much appreciate it. Without you, our friend's beautiful car Randy might be still sitting there. Seriously recommend this T-mobile. Literal life-savers.
