    stopped in for a simple, quick purchase. Selected the merchandise from a merch shelf, have it in my hand and was placed in a long queue of people picking up merchandise which they don't have in hand and who are waiting to be spoken to by staff. Plenty of staff around, chatting with each other, but ridiculously wasting my time while they dawdle. Do better.

    Had to go there to get somethings reset. Yes I avoid this place as much as possible. So I made an online appointment and when I arrived I still had a slight wait. While I was sitting it was a class going on about how to do a cinematic video with your phone. It looked very interesting. Right when I was getting into it my help came. Oh well maybe I will sign up for it one day.

    This is our go-to apple store as it's the closest one to us. Normally they are very professional and take good care of you while in the store. I did have an issue with their reservation process for new releases. I assumed if I made a reservation for an online order that I already paid for, I could walk in and pick it up. Definitely not the case on release day, I waited for an hour to pickup my phone and the wait made me be there well past my reservation time. I would suggest adding additional service members during launch times so the wait is not like this, especially for people who have already paid and we're picking up their equipment.

    I had such a lovely experience at the Apple Store at Easton today! I was helped by Cam who gave a fairly fledged our customer experience. I initially came in wanting a Belkin 3-in-1 MagSafe charger alongside a couple new Apple Watch Bands. Cam assisted in fitting my size for the solo loop Bands--as well and grabbing the Pride band for me. We also reviewed the color combos and were able to come up with the best color loop to get for my watch in the end. (Braided Product RED) He also was able to give me honest reviews of the AirTags, AirPods Max, and the Apple Pencil. I ended up only adding and buying the AirTags with a case, but will definitely be sure to come back for the Pencil once I get my new iPad Pro. I definitely look forward to coming to this store every time I get the chance--and would gladly work with Cam again. Compared to other past visits, this definitely was a great one! I'd recommend seeking out more Apple Superstars like Cam!

    Literally am typing this review while standing next to the Mac I'd like to purchase and told I was "next in line for" going on 25 min now. Love watching all the employees standing around talking to one another doing literally nothing while I stand here in a rush and trying to spend money. I don't know if this business model works other places. But it sure is awful here. Maybe give them some incentives to actually sell your products. Because as I type this last sentence I'm just going to leave and take my money to Microsoft. Awful service. Don't even waste your time. Ps... right after I took this picture one of them from that group finally came over to help, with plenty of attitude and fowl customer service. Honestly don't know why I've invested so much into this place.

    The store manager, Zachary, was outstanding--truly a 5/5 experience…read more Unfortunately, my interaction with the Post Purchase Team was extremely disappointing. I don't write many reviews, and when I do--positive or negative--it's because the experience was significant. I make a point to remain respectful and constructive, but this situation warrants direct feedback. My wife and I travel frequently for work and needed a replacement laptop immediately. She located one at this store and placed an order for one-hour pickup. Given the higher price point, the credit card company requested verification, which we fully understand and promptly completed. At this time the payment had been processed and the laptop was onsite!!! We were then connected with the Post Purchase Team. Despite the issue being resolved, the representative and their manager, Ssyed, refused to allow the store to release the laptop. This was particularly frustrating because the store manager confirmed there were two physically available units and was willing to provide one. Instead, we were told we would need to wait until the 17th for fulfillment--despite the product already being in stock at that location. As travelers, we may not even be in town by then, making this solution impractical. Additionally, Ssyed declined to provide a last name and was unwilling to deviate from scripted responses, repeating the same information without addressing the situation. This lack of flexibility and problem-solving made an already frustrating experience worse. For context, the majority of my company's expenses are with Walmart, Home Depot, and Best Buy. Experiences like this directly influence where we choose to do business. If not for Zachary's professionalism and willingness to help, I would strongly consider moving future electronics purchases elsewhere. Brick-and-mortar retailers already face increasing competition, and employees like Ssyed do little to inspire confidence in Best Buy's ability to retain customer loyalty.

    My laptop stopped charging intermittently and was giving me an error about my AC charger's wattage…read morenot being recognized. I don't usually go for tech support unless I've tried everything on my own, and everything I had read about it from other people said that it was a potential problem with the charge port or, worse case, the charge circuit. Knowing this would require some heavy duty internal work and since I was on a time crunch, I called Quality PC asking for help. I was told I had a battery problem. I told him the battery was fine, the diagnostics on the BIOS were fine, and I was getting an error about my AC charger's wattage not being recognized. He told me "charge the battery to 100% and if it quits early it's a battery problem". I told him I couldn't charge the battery because my AC charger wasn't being recognized and the battery just runs down to 0 even when it's plugged in. He said "I'm trying to help you here", insisted it was the battery, told me to buy a new one, and left it at that. $160 and a week later, I installed my new battery and guess what? Same error. And I got to go on a 2-week business trip on another continent not knowing if my work laptop was going to kick the bucket and just not charge on any given day. I don't know if they didn't want the business or what, but the level of dismissiveness I got was inconvenient and shitty, and a major waste of time and money.

My computer now is running as efficient as the day I purchased it. My computer is five years old and it is refreshing to have the confidence that it may run another five more years. Quality PC gets my highest recommendation.
