They're sales people intentionally obfuscate the discussion so it takes FOREVER to explain it to someone enough to get them comfortable enough to sign / leave. We got everything we wanted within the range we wanted to pay. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Also the store was very clean. OMG! I was dumb enough to actually try to give this store a second chance for a simple purchase. I walked in and explained what I was looking for, and it was replacement ear buds. Do you think this was possible? I had to stand there literally begging to make the purchase as I was given the "phone update pitch ". I finally made the purchase, and the ear buds they sold me didn't work. Avoid this store at all cost. This place is not shut down. Whomever was franchising this store took advantage of a 66 year old woman. My mother came in to pay her bill. Well Patel got her to buy a tablet she was told that it would only cost her $30. Well Patel wound up charging her $200 and added another line. Now my mother lives alone. What does she need another phone number for? He also charged for something that even the customer Verizon customer service representative didn't know what it was. It was an $80 charge. Now I'm sitting here waiting for someone to help us and first they are helping the customers instead. Terrible service. And Shady people. read more

Worst store ever!!! I was sold a Hum, which I was very excited about only to face problem after problem. I dealt with Hum and Verizon and this store. The Hum wasn't picking up problems it should have like battery, alternator and a fuse, which caused my car to not start and be towed. All of which was an extreme expense. This was over a few months after getting the Hum. As it was over the return window, the store had told me that if I bring my bill in they would refund me the cancellation fee as they seen I did EVERYTHING possible to resolve the issue and they understood that I no longer trusted this product. Even a new one - I didn't want in my car. I could never trust a devise that was so horrible! The manager told me to return with my bill and I will get credited. Well, today I return, of course there is such a high turn around of personnel no one is the same. I was brushed off by the store associate and the manager, neither actually looking into my account and problems before talking to me. First it was - I have to go to corporate store to be refunded. Then it was we can't help you! Why could you have helped me a few months back, but not now! Absolutely ridiculous! I am officially done with Verizon because of this retailer! read more

I went to the store to upgrade my phone. The people were nice, but they didn't explain anything. They make you sign every piece of paper as if it's a binding document, but they don't explain the particulars of the parts they write on the page. All their efforts are put to up-sales based on partial information. If you're a Verizon customer, you should only go to an actual Verizon store. i went there today, 4/29/14. there is no check in so others do not cut in front of you, which did happen to me today & THEY TOOK CARE OF HIM!!! i was being helped by a man, then he switched taking care of me, without explanation, to the woman who came back from lunch. They both walked off with my phone to go in the back room to help other customers while i was trying to be helped. The employees switched on me 2 more times. the woman answered the phone, did not excuse herself to answer it & THEN STARTED HELPING THE PERSON SITTING AT HOME WHILE I DROVE 20 MILES TO GET TO THEIR STORE. I said that she should put her on hold as i did drive there for help & the customer said she'd call back. they do not give you complete attention while you are the person they are helping. very unprofessionally run. i was not even apologized to when they helped the man who came in 2 people after me. my problem was eventually resolved, but i feel i could have been out of that store at least 45 minutes quicker if they took care of me & only me until my issue was resolved. read more
