Greg & Trevor went above and beyond to get us situated with new technology and gave us an amazing deal! We had be ready to drop some money and Greg the manager ended up saving us quite a few bucks which was greatly appreciated because every single dollar counts nowadays.. after being a customer for over a decade I've truly found out that they could care less about their customers. Forget that you have on time payments or that you've been loyal to them for a long time. make sure you triple read your contract and make sure that you check your bill every single month. If you have a conversation with them and they mention protection plans make sure you scream that you don't want it because it gets put on to every line whether you wanted it or not. All they care about is getting your money and because they're so big they could care less what happens to the little guy. Be careful before you choose Verizon because if you don't read every little bit of fine print and check every single monthly bill they're gonna take you for a ride. read more

My husband and I went to a Verizon store near Gulf Shores to switch our phones from a corporate account to a residential account on a Friday. The rep wasn't able to help us as he had my husband on the rep's cell phone asking him to tell his social security to the Verizon corporate office in the middle of the store with customers standing all around. He said I won't share my number with people all around so rep suggested we go to the corporate store in Foley on Saturday. We were greeted as we entered the store and the lady helped us, but then said the corporate store is closed on Saturday's. The lady got another rep and he was able to work around that requirement. The rep was able to complete our contract, trade in my phone for an upgrade and sign our account to an automatic payment charged to a credit card with a great monthly savings. Great customer service and we were able to change our account. Good customer service goes a long way!! read more

We went there to upgrade my niece's phone to an iPhone 11. We were there for an hour and a half. Their wireless was down to update and back up transfer of data to new phone. The employee told the manager that she needed to use his hot spot. He told her no, he was going to lunch. After we left, the phone kept saying unable to activate. We drove back to the store and were told there was a system-wide activation error Verizon wide, which was fine, but the clerk told us she was activated and ready to go, which she wasn't. The phone didn't activate for a few hours. It all seemed like an unorganized store with little to no leadership from the manager. read more

I'm going to make this short and sweet. If you need or want a new cell phone do not and I repeat do not go to the Verizon store on South McKenzie Street in Foley. They are the rudest people I have ever met. As far as the Verizon company is concerned all they do to their new customer's and old customers is lie they lie about their contracts they lie about money they lie about every single thing to do with cell phones. If I were you I would stay clear of that store are the nastiest people you'll ever want to meet here in the south. I was lied to from the second I called the 800 number to purchase a phone and a new contract they lied about what contract I had they lied about the phone they would not assist me in trying to set up the phone. The employees that work at this Verizon are a complete opposite of the employees at the Verizon in Spanish Fort. The employees at the Foley store do not care if they help you or not. They didn't even open the store Sunday morning like they were supposed to. I had purchased a Apple Watch at the Spanish Fort Verizon They were out of the Zagg protective screen for that watch,so I went to Bestbuy-they didn't have it either So the I called the Foley Verizon Spoke to a very nice lady who said they had the product I was looking for and she would place it on the safe and tell her manager to save it for me to purchase the next day (Sunday) Because she would be off that day So Sunday at 11 am there I was Me and another customer waiting outside while the workers walked around inside and not opening the doors until after 11am So I go in to make my purchase I buy the product and all the employees refuse to apply the protective cover on my watch I said that the Spanish Fort store and Bestbuy installs installs protective coverings such as that. I was told they do not ,so I drove back to Verizon in Spanish Fort and they installed the Zagg screen for me on my watch. I have Verizon home internet service as my best option. The service is absolutely terrible. During normal daylight hours and evenings my speed is 0.3 mbps. And then they cut speed based on data usage. They seem to have no interest in improving service. They just want to get as many customers as possible and do nothing to respond to poor service complaints read more
