Excellent customer service for computer , phone repair and phone plan sales. I moved to the area from one of the largest metro cities in the south. I was cautious taking my computer to a small unknown ( to me ) company. I was use to a large big box store where I had a purchased repair plan. I had no worries after my first visit.
