Yesterday, I visited the T-Mobile store at 2050 S McKenzie St, in Foley, to help my friend switch from AT&T and upgrade from an old iPhone to a new Samsung phone. The store was clean, well stocked, organized , and easy to find, with plenty of parking. The T-Mobile Expert welcomed us and then she walked us through the plan we'd selected ahead of time with unlimited talk, text, and data, She was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable then set up the new device, and explained plan details clearly, setup up payments and we were done. I have had my same number for over 25 years and was with Sprint until they merged with T-Mobile. So I'm a long time customer who, despite the transitional hiccups, is very pleased with the coverages, services, and customer services with this company and am obviously quite comfortable recommending it to family and friends alike. Bottom line: This T-Mobile Foley location offers a great selection of smartphones, tablets, and home internet solutions, with accessories and friendly knowledgeable staff. Recommended read more

I am a student and I work from home - our home internet is out and I needed a quick solution while we wait on someone to come figure out why our home internet won't reconnect. We decided to search for a mobile hotspot since we take road trips every summer anyway. We stopped by AT&T, Verizon, and finally T-Mobile. Julio (I believe that was his name) was VERY helpful with directing us towards what we needed. He was very knowledgeable, explained how coverage works, and helped us find what would work best for us where our apartment is. We now have a working mobile hotspot and my anxiety is alleviated!! This particular T-Mobile needs a new set of employees I have dealt with four separate employees there at separate times of the day and they have all been the most disrespectful and unaccommodating customer service representatives I've ever met. Myself my husband and even several of our friends and family have had the same issue. The only nice person there is the cleaning lady. I will never show up to this establishment again and neither will anyone I know. I've never had such blatant disregard for customers.
