We waited and then when I told my husband that's long enough someone finally says well he can help you. Really we were waiting in line for a long time and you want to help when we are done waiting? You take notice only after we are ready to walk out? My husband found what he was looking for quickly so the 10 minutes while in store was in line. Cannot express how badly that reflects on the customer service. If they were swamped with customers and not so many working I would understand but 3 putting display racks together could have stopped and help check out paying customers. I called this place on a Monday night. I got pulled over for driving with suspended license 5 years…read moreago. I didn't show up to court so i received a FTA. I called this place & she questioned me like a judge. I gave her a rundown & she still was unable to help. This lady is very rude & her attitude sucks. I called other bail bondsman's around Pensacola and they told me that she & her workers are VERY rude (hint: read the reviews). I told her that she didn't have to have an attitude and beat me while i was down. She questioned me for 5 mins, only to tell me the she couldn't help & it was nearly impossible to get me out on a FTA & she would have to call the clerk the next day because she didn't believe me. I was so disappointed because I've never been in trouble before. I literally was diagnosed with cancer around the time & my memory was shot. I explained that to her & she said "when an officer pulls you over it's clear that there is a date" literally disregarded everything i told her & had 0 compassion. Pleaseeeee be aware. I'm sure she's gonna get on here and vent like she did every other comment but all in all, please. It was almost like a scam.
