Kim was super patient with us and so was Jose when we transferred from other carriers to Verizon!…read moreIt was Kim with the braces, when we called for a question we learned there is more than 1.. Kim was patient and transparent with us as we were making the switch from other phone carriers to Verizon. So far we're loving the service and coverage we now have with Verizon!

Hopefully Verizon is reading these reviews because Angelina was, without question, the most…read moreexhausting salesperson I've ever encountered. She has enough aggression to be coaching an MMA class instead of selling phones. I walked into the Verizon on 16th Street right at 10:00 AM with my two young sons because my phone was damaged. I was a dream customer, I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to hand over $1,200 for a new phone. Apparently that wasn't the assignment. Instead of listening to what I was asking for, I got what felt like an infomercial. Apple Watch. Promotions. Different plans. More promotions. More Apple Watch. Meanwhile, I had two little boys slowly turning the store into a daycare. When I politely said I just wanted the phone, the mood shifted faster than Arizona weather. Suddenly I was reminded I didn't have an appointment and she "wasn't prepared." Since when does a Verizon store require a reservation to buy a phone? Is this a steakhouse? I spent seven years in sales, so I completely understand offering promotions and looking for opportunities. But the best salespeople know when to stop talking and start listening. I wasn't there to be convinced to buy something--I was already buying something. I eventually left and drove to the Lincoln location, where they sold me the exact same $1,200 phone in a fraction of the time without making me feel like I was negotiating a hostage release. Hopefully Angelina was just having an off day, because if that's the normal customer experience, Verizon is sending paying customers straight to the competition.

MANNY is awesome! I am on a family plan and my phone happened to get cracked when I dropped it and…read morethen the speaker went haywire and those I called could only hear me on speaker. My very amazing boss bought me a new iPhone from Walmart and it was very confusing as to if my current plan could be used with the new phone and if so, what was the best way to do it myself. The people of Walmart had said I needed a separate plan thru the service provider, but the service provider happened to be my current provider (T-Mobile!!). So after googling and hearing so much feedback that differed, I decided to just call a local store and ask. Manny answered the phone and understood immediately what I was asking and provided me with instructions of how I could do this myself! Obviously I know to change the SIM card, backup my old phone, but I didn't know that for iPhones I had to do an extra step in order to have everything transferred. He explained it all very easily, and after much wasted time asking others, I finally had the CORRECT instructions. Manny didn't get anything out of this. He just provided patience and stellar customer assistance. Also, prior to being on my family plan, I paid almost double with Verizon for years. I was scared to transfer to T-Mobile, but besides some spotty areas, everything has been great! Thanks T-Mobile and THANK YOU MANNY!!!

Good luck. Hope you don't have an issue with your bill because they don't care. Not exclusive to…read morethis store. It's the entire company.
