My husband had until tomorrow,August 4,2026 to pick up his copy of Halo and his order was canceled for no reason! My husband explained to the staff person that he just got home from the hospital and he was picking up his copy of Halo. The staff person was extremely rude and snarky and said to my husband,"Well,I don't know what to tell you its the computer's fault not mine!" Instead of offering to go and get the game for my husband,the staff person refused to help him by getting a copy of Halo off of the shelf! The staff person just stood there and said in a snarky tone,"Have a nice day!" Really? It would have taken all of two seconds to go and grab the game off of the shelf,and help the customer. Especially when the game was already prepaid and there was a copy of it right on the shelf! Needless to say,we won't be going back to Best Buy because their customer service sucks and so does their attitudes!

Complete with neon lighting squiggled throughout the top of the walls all around the store..overly cheesy concession stand signs..no grocery area, just a small area that has a couple grocery items. Just like Target stores were in the 90's..they haven't updated this store at all. It's fun and nostalgic coming here, but unfortunately there is a reason so many other stores have either been built differently or remodeled..because this model is a much lesser version of what Target stores are these days. Not as great a selection as other stores..and the place feels dated and run down. The bathrooms are pretty gross..and old..I mean, at least keep up with the bathrooms..you can't just let those go. Anywho..a two star review with an extra star tacked on for nostalgia reasons.
