My favorite Verizon employee's name is Sally and I call her "Rockstar Sally" because she is beyond friendly and more than helpful anytime I need help with a new device, such as adding a screen protector or buying a cell phone accessory. I've used T-Mobile in the past and good grief was it weak! I had to walk to my backyard fenceline just to get a cell phone signal when at home. This was really bad!
