He's been great and helping my mom navigate some medical issues that she's gotten as she's gotten older. A few years back, she was in a bad accident too and had to go into a rehab center, and they even came by a few times to just check in with her. The office staff and front desk are welcoming and helpful, answering questions. And the nurses are absolutely the friendliest. The office itself is clean, very patient-friendly, and easy to navigate. Another bonus is they have onsite blood work - phlebotomist Dale is super great!

Today is my consult with Dr. LaCamera for my 4th one in 18 years. The first one in 2003 was good, with no reason to see him for ten years. But two tumors in 2009 necessitated another colonoscopy in 2011. Those polyps put me on the 5 year plan. The third, in 2016, resulted in 3 undetermined polyps which put me on the 3 year schedule. I'm hoping that the next scheduled colonoscopy returns me to the 10 year schedule. Dr. LaCamera is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. My consultation with him is a back and forth of questions and answers - concerned and friendly. His staff mirrors his positive traits - always professional, patient, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. If I have to undergo this necessary procedure with it's cumbersome, unpleasant preparation the day before, at least I know that my surroundings and the people in those surroundings are wonderful & beyond reproach!

She's action-oriented, determined, and clearly committed to making a positive impact. I also received exceptional care from one of her nurses, Jessica, who called me after hours to check on my condition. Unfortunately, my experience gets mixed from there. You'll see negative reviews of this practice, and here's my read on why. Dr. Brown is brilliantly competent, but she can come across as cold and unempathetic. I say this as a leadership psychologist (Dr. Brown -- you should reach out to me; I can help). I noticed the same thing with another assistant of hers: highly competent, but no warmth in the communication. That's not uncommon in medicine. It's unfortunate, because this team is brilliant with the Xs and Os. It's the Jills and Joes part that could use some elevation. Then came the moment I lost some trust. I had a flare-up and was in a lot of pain. I called and asked for a same-day appointment. The person at the front desk said, "I think we can get you in here or at our other facility. I'll call you back with a time." She never called. I'm guessing it was a simple oversight by someone overwhelmed with other tasks, and I could have called back myself -- that's on me. But the follow-through was Dr. Brown's responsibility. She's the leader. It was disappointing, and I lost some trust. I'm still rooting for Dr. Brown and her office, and I will try them again. Everyone makes mistakes. But this time, it will be with hesitation.

First of all you are always given her full attention.. no rushing or long waits. It is her and her two Nurse practitioners , so you never see an unfamiliar face at your visits (I love that). You can tell she truly cares and takes her time and REALLY listens when you see her . What I love is she also does female exams so no seeing a separate Doctor for that !!! I am comfortable with her and she always puts my nerves at ease. They always get me in when I need and they have a patient portal for convenience, I have never not got a response with questions or concerns ,they are always on top of it. Each time I have came here, I have had great and timely service from the front desk, nurses, aids and the doctors. One thing I really love about this practice is that they have their own blood work area so you don't have to go to another location for that part of your process. This is convenient and saves on time with waiting. Though I hope my time visiting this office comes to an end sooner than later, it is not because I haven't been taken care of by everyone I have had an encounter with.
