She stopped by my hotel within a couple of hours to pick up my laundry and returned the clothes back to me folded very nicely, in an immaculate manner less than 24 hours later. She is very friendly and wonderful to work with. I am impressed by the quality of service that she provides, and will definitely hire her again next time I am in the area.

I mentioned she came highly recommended and was told they Can remove any stains.i was charged $4.50 per napkin which was quite high. My total bill was $182!! Turns out 5 napkins still had the dark yellow stains as well as the table cloth. I would have hoped for a phone call previous to picking up letting me know they could not remove them. Instead I got home and went thru each one And found it. I meant to return but too much time lapsed. Overpriced for an unsatisfactory job.

The price was extremely high so I told Joana the seamstress not to touch anything and to send these items back to the Northfield location.Went to pick up my items and found out Joana decided to hem the jumpsuit without my permission! Long story short I only paid half of the charge for the jumpsuit hemming and the work was shoddy, at best. This was a terrible Experience! Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy!

They told me that because the dress it's too long theres nothing that they can do since they dont have bags for that kind of dresses. They could've save the bag that I gave them. They did offer to do it again without charge , but then again because of the lack of appropriate bag they dont offer me a different result. It was heart braking seeing my daughter's dress in that condition, I have been saving and working really hard to make her a beautiful party and this people just ruined things. I had to reschedule her photoshoot do to condition of the dress. Very, very mad, sad and disappointed.
