I asked them to redo the job but was told there was nothing they can do. They charged me $48, with no discount offered even under this situation. Looks like they have no control on their supplier. When accident happened, in stead of taking their responsibility, they simply passed the the loss to their client. Be aware you may not be able to hold them accountable in case of issues. On top of the bad job, they did not even have my consent to the price of $48. That down coat has a fur collar that is not removable. They said they could not clean furs and needed to send it to their partner. I was told that they would call me to let me know the cost before they send it out. However, they ended up started the cleaning without letting me know the cost. When I asked a couple of days later, they told me the price was like nothing so they let their partner " go ahead and do it.", still could not let me know the exact price. At last, I got a call for pick up. I went to the store and found out the coat came back terrible except the fur collar part. The furs were cleaned pretty good, but the rest of the coat had all the stains still there and even added new big oily areas. What?! You guys should let me know upfront if this is what the result would be. I may not waste my $48 on such a terrible cleaning job. I know small business sometimes lose control of their suppliers. In this kind of case, you guys need to take the loss, not your clients. I was treated unfairly and the entire process was unprofessionally.

Upon stepping into this place, I was greeted by the lovely Mimi. She, too, was scared of the abomination that were my three, large winter coats. Kindly note that this place is small but organized, it's bright and pretty clean. Anywho, I digress. Lovely Mimi said she would definitely try her hardest to clean them but she couldn't make any promises. I appreciated her candor and I told her to work her magic. She was so sweet acknowledging my comment and I left there with nothing but a wish. Fast forward to now and Mimi texted me letting me know my costs were ready for pick up. I picked them up and legit was shocked. She was able to turn my gross jackets into something of wonder and happiness. She cleaned the heck outta of those jackets; no mold, no smell, no dust, nothing gross...Mimi and her magic hands pulled out a magic wand over my jackets and made them brand new again.
