First of all, they only have ONE person there who does nails and the other one for pedicure, God forbid you already have someone waiting, good luck! Your waiting time will be around 40 mins to 1 hr Second thing, the lady who did my pedi, the ONLY lady there, she barely touched my feet, the whole pedi was done in 15 minutes!!! You can still see the dead skin in my cuticles and my toes!! When she gave me the "foot massage" and I requested to put more "pressure" because she was barely touching me? (If you don't want to touch feet why do pedis?) she told me she DOESNT do pressure. Once the color was already set and I went to the drying area, no shoulder massage or ANYTHING!! OMG!! Can it get ANY worse??!!! I do not know which location the other reviews (those who have this place a 5 star rating) have been going to.. but I'd rather drive an extra 10 miles to go to a better place than come here. But with that being said, nice isn't enough when you jeopardize the health of every single customer who patrons your salon. During my visit, I encountered a total disregard for sterilization, cleanliness, and sanitizing of tools. It was BLATANT and negligent. Tools were pulled from a drawer and used on multiple people consecutively without any UV light sterilization or even a simple dip into a disinfectant solution. It frightened me and I feared days afterward of catching an infection or worse. How could a business care so little about something that is so heavily regulated by the health department and licensing office? There was truly zero effort for safety and I couldn't not write this review to warn others. Please go elsewhere if you even care a little about these things.

She started with a cleansing scrub and cucumbers on my eyes to the main treatment and ended with a neck massage. The bed was very comfortable - heated and elevated the knees. I wished they had later times available so I can just roll into bed! Afterwards, Laura greeted us and offered champagne, tea or coffee, water and chocolates as we sat on chair putting our feet on exfoliating mineral rocks and soaking it in warm water. I just wish the chair was shorter so that I can actually lean back but for my tall friends, that was not an issue. Loved how friendly Laura was!
