All the kids' heads were dripping with sweat within minutes of starting to play, and just sitting here I started sweating within seconds of being here. All they have is one fan on one side of the gym, and a slow fan in the basketball area. The ceiling fans don't work. Seems like a health and safety hazard to be open in 90+ degree heat, no AC, and two measly fans. If you can't install AC at least add more fans! Please do better!

I got to sit on on some Little Gym activities. I would have LOVED to have this place around when I was little. They've got all kinds of fun activities for your children to do! The Little Gym gets your little one off of the couch, away from the video games! It's a great place for you child to run, play, burn energy and meet other little ones. The creative play could last all day if you have the time. There's everything from water play (you'll probably get wet!), climbing, interactive play zones of so many themes, art and even small live animals! Even as an adult, it never got boring. My 2.5yo daughter and her friends just couldn't get enough of it. Lots of opportunities for kids to learn while playing. The staff are incredibly friendly and I believe all, if not most, are volunteers. There's a pay-what-you-can food area, which is so thoughtful. Very bright interior with plenty of natural light. Clean and updated play spaces for such a big facility to keep up with! Very clean restrooms. Small area for parents who have babies to sit in to play while their older kids explore. We've been to other children's museums and this is one of my favorites. The cost for anyone over the age of 1yo is currently $18 each (or 10% online) but if you're planning on spending a day here, totally worth it. I do think it would be a little more reasonable for ages 1-8 to be a little less than a full adult ticket price but it is what it is. If you live within an hour or have a larger family, it's definitely worth it to get a season pass' some include guest passes for friends. It's a worthy investment or a great gift! There's nothing more heartwarming seeing your child smile nonstop and exploring while in a learning environment. Stop on by, you'll love it and sleep well afterwards! One staff member said they're expanding so we're looking forward to that in the future.

Horrible customer service. had an issue that was easily resolved by a manager but then the…read moreemployees had to continue being disrespectful. I bought four tickets to urban air today and when checking in an employee told us that we were not able to make a return on the socks I accidentally bought. after asking two employees because it was an accident and rudely being told no with no other remedies to our issue we demanded the manager. The employee proceeded to make little side comments to another employee that was standing with her, that were extremely rude and offensive, and my husband told her that she needed to learn how to properly do her f job when we were walking away. He did say the F word in all of that because he was upset at the horrible customer service we were receiving. I have been to urban air plenty of times and never had a horrible customer service until this experience. As a trainer of new employees I would beyond disappointed to find out employees were rude to customers and fueling a fire that already had to get the manage involved. I don't care how old an employee is, business are expected to have great customer service and solve customs issues. Not continue to rile up already upset customer. We simply were asking for solutions when they wanted to be rude and say there was nothing they could do but didn't even try to suggest the manager . We asked for a manager. He was not out of line for asking for the manager at this point in time the manager came helped us right away with our issue super friendly, understanding that it was a mistake made. there were further problems until the two employees standing behind the counter we're talking about us so my husband told them to learn how to do their fucking job and then all of a sudden securities following us around and start bullying my husband and not even wanting to hear our side of the story or understand that we had a legitimate reason we were upset. tried explaining to the manager and the security guard that It's escalating because they're not trying to listen to us, the security guard called me a liar and then later on said that I was actually right about what I was saying I wasn't a liar, but of course at that point no one's listening to what we have to say anyways but I just wanted it known that if they were properly trained on how to handle situations and didn't try to talk bad about customers when the customer asked for a manager when they're not able to help then none of this would happen so unfortunately, while this did spiral out of control it's spiraled out of control because the employees were super inappropriate super disrespectful, and clearly didn't know how to do their job properly. They started out already, not warm and welcoming when I was asking them questions about our tickets and then we had issues with the socks. obviously they weren't looking to offer a refund and the security guards felt it appropriate to follow us out to our vehicle and place their hand on the vehicle. just trying to be extra when the whole thing could have already been defused if they didn't want to continue to try and keep the situation escalated. just sad because it is something my family and I have always had a great time. Hopefully this can be a learning opportunity for the entire staff.

I…read morewas looking for an opportunity to expose my almost 2-year-old daughter to gymnastics without having a huge commitment (or expense) given that she is still so young. Achieve gymnastics center was the perfect fit as they offer preschool open gyms Monday through Friday from 10 to 11. There is a drop in rate of eight dollars per class and parents can be present to help guide their children through a variety of activities. The coaches and owners are beyond nice, and great with the children. There is a large space with mats, tumble track, foam pit and slide, obstacle courses, hula hoops, and everything your child would need to have a great time! They even have a little basket of beanie baby stuffed animals, which was perfect for my somewhat shy daughter to help her feel more secure in a new space. The open gym ended with a goodbye song and a sticker once shoes were on. The facility also has a larger gym for big kids and adult classes. Four bathrooms are available and toddler toilet seats are installed! There is also a party room space which looks like it would be so fun for a kids birthday event! Today was our first time trying it out and my daughter absolutely loved it. I can't wait to go back.

I'm giving this place a 2-star review primarily because of their Customer Service…read more I signed up for a workshop. When signing up, you had to pick the design you wanted to do. They gave customers an option where you could take a design, but modify the text in the design. So, I picked my design and modified the text. I show up to the workshop, and the woman found my design. The words were correct, but this was not the design at all. In fact, I don't even remember this design being an option. The design I requested had 4 words with a small leaf/steam design in one of the corners. The design they printed had my 4 words, but a circle around all the words, and ugly hearts and roses all throughout the design. Not even close. I told the woman this was not my design. She said I was wrong, it had to be the one I submitted. So, I pulled out my phone and showed her. She proceeded to tell me it was practically my design and pretty much the same and it will still - and I told her my design didn't have hearts, flowers and this swirly font. Again, she basically told me I should deal with it. Finally when I said I wasn't into flowers, hearts and the fonts, she told me she would ask someone. Again, the next worker basically tried to convince me the design was still cute. There weren't any apologies. There weren't any actions to try to rectify the situation. My biggest issue is that you spend $60+ dollars on a project. And to pay that much money for something I don't even like? Big. Bummer. I wouldn't come back here in hesitation that I'll have to deal with a design I don't even like. Outside of the customer service, you could walk away with something really cool. This type of place is definitely a great spot for a girls/friends nights. So many cool projects! And, they even have some adult beverages you can enjoy while you craft! If you aren't the crafting type, don't worry. They make it so easy and fool-proof to walk away with an AMAZING project.
